    They had to keep my car overnight which wasn't discussed originally but they put me in a rental quickly. Upon returning they completed all tasks (oil change, tire rotation, removed nail from tire, swapped out air bag sensor, and free car wash from previous survey I completed... No hassle

    Jeff was fantastic to work with. He returned calls promptly and went into great detail on the problem and how they were handling it. Part of my problem was a very loose oil filter that was done elsewhere. I fully expected to pay for the diagnosis and repair, but Jeff handled it all under warranty. If your sales department is as customer service driven as your service department, I will look to you first when I am ready to buy a new Ram.

    Just purchased my 2nd Wrangler from Ed Voyles and Shawn Donald was fantastic to work with. Go ahead and put me down on the waiting list for the 2019 Wrangler truck. Looking forward to buying that from Ed Voyles as well. I only wish they could have arranged a tour of the Toledo jeep factory

    Marti my finance manager waited and waited and waited to get me the best possible interest rate and ended up saving me almost $100 a month on payment as a result. Uzzi was patient and took an entire afternoon to make sure I got the deal done. Nice work all the way around. I am in the business and I recognize quality people when I see them.

  • Sales great but services needs work

    I really enjoyed working with Clint, Todd, and Jeremy. These gents get things done and make sure you are well taken care of. My only resavation sbout buying another car from this dealership is the service department. They never keep an appointment and it tajes over 2 hours for an oil change. When you request a call from the service manager you never get a call. The service department can learn a lot from the sales team. The sales team will work and make sure the customets needs are being attened to.

  • Pricey Oil Change

    I like that the Jeep dealer will look over my vehicle when I get my oil changed. I think $80 is a little expensive especially when told to change it every 3 months. That's my personal experience. I was glad I made an appt as I felt like I received better service than when I drop it off for the day.

    Thomas in service is great, he was pretty much able to tell me what was wrong with my car before it was put into the shop. hes extremely knowledgeable, and left me confident that my car was in great hands. 10/10

    From the moment I arrived- Jeff Kurtz gave me his full attention to what would happen in getting my car serviced. He then guided me on to next area to my rental for the day. He also kept me informed with status via phone call in the afternoon. Another Rep. -Harrison, rode with me to get gas for my rental upon returning it. Top notch service! Thanks!

    My Jeep was hit on September 30th. After dealing with the other persons insurance company, I turned it over to Ed Voyles. They were the ones I originally bought the Jeep from and it was only a year old. Todd Collins was the appraiser and did an amazing job. He dealt with her insurance company so I didn't have to. The Jeep looks great and they even cleaned her up. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
