Josh M. handled every aspect of this experience so quickly that he had… things completed before I could even ask about them. Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep dealership as a whole was amazing. Josh M. spent extra time explaining every detail of the jeep with my daughter until she was completely comfortable and ready to drive it off the lot. I originally contacted Jeremy C. with Ed Voyles Jeep internet sales by email and requested information on a new 2014 Jeep… Grand Cherokee. Jeremy was very prompt in his reply and supplied all information I requested. After reviewing information Jeremy supplied I asked for a price quote by email which he immediately provided. No pressure sales tactics just straight forward pricing. We transacted everything by email and when we arrived to pick the vehicle up everything was ready. Our salesperson Jeremy C. and Steve G. Business Manager completed the transaction as committed in a very short time. I live approximately 110 miles from Ed Voyles Jeep dealership and would not hesitated to make another purchase from Ed Voyles Jeep and Jeremy Cloud with internet sales. Jeremy was very knowledgeable in his products, answered all questions and was easy to talk with. Overall buying experience could not have been better.Best Car Buying Experience ever!

Josh Mooney did an outstanding job answering all my questions thoroughly, patiently, and in a timely and knowledgeable manner. He spoke… very highly of the dealership and helped put my mind at ease. I was considering the same vehicle (listed with same features and at $500 less) from a nearby dealership, but based on my interactions with both sales departments over the course of the day, it became clear that the employees at Ed Voyles were the best ones to deal with. Steve Goins in finance was also very helpful and efficient and took the time to patiently crunch numbers with me and make the necessary modifications when I had questions. He made the most difficult part of buying a car, easy. I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase again from this dealership.I'm done with my Jee and Ed Voyles !
by hortmi on 03/21/2014updated 08/03/2025Long story short. Ive been trying for a year and 20k miles to get the bugs out of my 14 Jeep. Ac, Uconnect and transmission issues. It spent more time in the dealership than any other vehicle I have owned. I just couldn't take it anymore… and Traded it at another dealer. The Dealer has no quality control in it's service department. The vehicle was returned to me several times in worse shape than when it was brought in. Constant fight to get issues addressed. Jeep is not what it once was!
