  • Will not return

We were very disappointed in the Ed Voyles team. We purchased a Chrysler, Pacifica and while the car has met our needs, we feel that it had not been properly maintained while in their posession. When we inquired when the next oil change was due, we were informed that it had already been over 6000 miles since the last service. Also, the same night we brought our new car home we discovered that a headlamp was out. Then about a week after our purchase we were pulled over by a police officer for a faulty tail light. We have also since found a haircomb, french fries and happy meal toys in the crevices. Our salesman was nice, but didn't follow-up with us after the purchase. We voiced our concers with Ed Voyles, but never received any response.
  • Never Buy From Here!!

The is by far the worst people I have ever done business with! I have had nothing but problems from the ultra-pushy salesman to the completely incompetent manager. I have had to return to the dealership 1-2X a week for the first month for repairs and more paperwork that they completely failed at delivering in the first place. I still haven't received a title and it has been over 2 months!!! These people are enethical and completely shady. If you are crazy enough to purchase a vehicle from them be sure to take it to your mechanic before buying. Your mechanic should probably go ahead and fix what is wrong, because Voyles service department doesn't do anything but keep your car in a garage and make you wait (while they do nothing to fix the problem!) These people are [violative content deleted] and should not be in business. In fact, this is proof that there are a lot of suckers in the world, because thats obviously how they can stay in business.....Dont be a sucker go somewhere else!!
  • The best buying experience I've ever had

I just bought an Aspen from Josh Mooney at Ed Voyles Chrysler Jeep and could not be more pleased with my purchase!!! Every thing about Ed Voyles was exceptional from the show room layout to the sales and staff. I went in expecting it to be an all day event and was suprised that it only took a little over and hour. One thing I always dread about buying a car is the negation but Josh and his manager Chris made it so simple I let them know where I needed to be and they made it happen!!! I buy a new vehicle every two or three years and I will definatly return to see Josh!

At first, I thought these guys were on the up and up. I took a while to make a decision. These guys would play all kinds of tricks. Once I settled on a car I liked, we'd negotiate then they would come back a say, "Sorry, that jeeps been sold!" only to find out that it hadn't been sold they were just trying to wear me down when they weren't getting they money they wanted on a certain car. They did discount the car $2000 , but other dealerships were discounting $2500 without haggling. Also, they offered me $4500 less for my trade than other dealers. When I confronted them about someone blowing their price out of the water, they just laughed and said in a very conceited way, " Doubt it!, we're the largest dealership in the country!" so I just proved them wrong by buying from their competitor. If their the largest, they got there by ripping people off!

Having just graduated from college and signed my first teaching contract, it was time to purchase my first very own car. (My previous car was purchased by my parents.) Don at Ed Voyles made this process a breeze! I had found the exact Jeep I wanted on their website. I called Don, and he had the keys pulled and the car ready to drive by the time I got there. He was not pushy, yet he gave me and my family space and time that we needed, all while being very helpful. Wonderful experience!! I LOVE my new Jeep, and I will definitely be back to purchase from them again!

I had submitted information on the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for on cars.com and Josh was one among many to contact me. He had a Jeep in stock that was very close. He was able to arrange to have leather seats and seat heaters added (the car had cloth seats). Using my affiliate discount (through Microsoft) was a breeze. While at the dealership signing the paperwork, Josh discovered that we qualified for an additional $1000 discount on the Jeep because of a magazine subscription we had. He discovered this all on his own without me asking (I didn't even know it existed) and after the paperwork was signed. He could have just kept the $1000 but I felt he went above and beyond to find this additional discount. Also, before the purchase, I spent some time talking to Jeremy C. who seems to know as much or more about Jeeps as anyone I've ever talked to.

One hour ago I purchased a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ed Voyles Jeep in Marietta. My sales person was Josh Mooney from Internet sales. As a Vice President of Sales myself, I found Josh to be knowledgeable, honest, intelligent and provided me with a price that made me buy. I would buy from Ed Voyles again and especially Josh Mooney!

The experience I had at Ed Voyles was the best I could ask for! I went in just to look at a Jeep to see if I liked it. I ended up buying one and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Monti H. greeted me and offered help. I mentioned I was just looking and she was extremely helpful pointing me in the right direction. I never felt pressured, rushed or even like I was speaking to a sales rep. It felt like I was discussing the car with a friend. Once we agreed on the vehicle, pricing and finance was painless and I was practically in and out. I highly recommend them!

I purchased a new Jeep and called a few hours later and said was unhappy about the ride and handling...was told they would look at options to resolve...was passed around and ignored for several days so finally realized I was stuck with my purchase. Everyone is great during the sale but attitude and accessability are totally opposite after the sale...BEWARE AND SHOP AROUND!

The stereo that came with the truck never worked with my Apple products... brought the truck into the service department three times and they were never able to get it to work with my iPad, iPod, or iPhone 4s. They blamed Apple... when I suggested it wasn't Apple who committed to my devices working with their factory stereo, but Dodge literature, they apologized for the inconvenience and said they couldn't fix the problem. When I told them I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle if I had known the stereo wasn't going to work, they told me that no one buys a truck for the stereo and that I had made a poor decision and should have been more rigorous in my testing of the vehicle before buying it. Sigh... I'll never give these guys another penny. If anyone wants more details on this, I can share an email thread that feels like it was written for a Seinfeld episode... sigh again ;)

We purchased a 2013 10th Anniversary Rubicon from Joshua M. (internet sales manager) at Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on May 30th. Every thing was done over the internet and phone, the process was fairly painless even though we had a special order. Joshua M. was super great the day we picked up our new jeep and he went the extra mile to fulfill a few special requests we had . He also took the time to show us how to take the top off and all of the other cool capabilities of the jeep. We would definitely recommend buying from Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

It took way to long to purchase this vehicle. Salesman passed me on to another salesperson. I almost walked out during the switch because it was taking to long. Tag and title was messed up. I have a prestige tag that was supposed to just be transferred to the new vehicle. I received a new tag in the mail and it took a lot to get it straighten out. I received a $900 check several weeks afterward because they made a mistake on my trade in. Glad I got the money but I would have preferred it been applied to the vehicle for tax purposes. Last and the most shocking was when I took delivery the salesman handed me the keys and to owners manual without demonstrating the NEW 42K vehicle I just bought from him. After waiting so long to be helped I just took it and left. This was mid week and early in the day. Everyone in the Showroom looked busy but there was only one other customer in the showroom. Hard to understand how they stay in business.

My wife and I were on our way to test drive a used Jeep Wrangler that had been lifted and had new wheels and tires. Before I drove the used one, I wanted to drive a new Jeep with stock wheels and tires to have something to compare the handling to. We walked in the showroom and approached Don G., a very laid back and friendly gentleman who couldn't have been nicer. I had a print out of a Jeep I'd found online at the dealership but it was sold a few days before we arrived. Don found another Jeep that was fairly comparable and we test drove it and fell in love. Never once was Don or anyone at the dealership pushy or annoying. In fact, it was quite the opposite and was the best car buying experience we've ever had. I can't speak for the other sales people there, but as far as Don G. is concerned, I'd send my own mother to buy a car from him. We're very pleased with the service we received.

This is one of those dealerships that they make silly movies about: 1) super cheesy, high pressure sales people; 2) managers that are long on promises, and short on commitments; 3) total lack of attention to detail; and 4) a sales process that has the sales people going back and forth between the prospect and the manager five or ten times before they get to the price they quoted thru the internet. Because I was dealing with a family emergency and was very short on time at the time of purchase, and against my instinct and better judgement, I purchased a RAM 1500 (4x4, Hemi) from [non-permissible content removed]. Net/net is that they tried to do silly things like pull the floor mats out of the truck at delivery, double bill me for a bed liner, charge me 1500 dollars for a strip of plastic across the front to prevent "chips", sell me a 3000 dollar warranty that basically overlapped the factory warranty, and sell me an oil change program that basically came to 80 dollars per oil change... ugh... what a horrible, horrible experience. Add to this the fact that they sold me a truck with known defects/recalls (they should have fixed these before delivering the truck to me... I had to travel to the dealership three times to solve all the problems, and even today the stereo doesn't work) and a management team that continually denied responsibility (if you are really interested in how cheesy and unprofessional these guys are, I can send you an email chain that feels like it was written for Seinfeld episode). Money is too hard to come by to give it to [non-permissible content removed]... spend your dollars at a more reputable dealership as there are many of these in and around Atlanta.

I've been looking for a new vehicle for 6 months but was getting discouraged about the dealerships I had been in contact with and pricing but I came across Josh M. with Ed Voyles and he was so helpful with making my first car buying experience relaxing and he went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal I could get. He got me my dream car!!

This is our second Jeep purchase from Voyles. I live in Indiana and have found Indiana dealerships impossible to work with. Voyles has beaten them in price on average by $4000 and 100% in customer service and ease to work with. My first purchase was the best of all. A dealership in Washington Indiana was becoming more and more difficult to work, I made a statement why can't you even come close to the prices Voyles had and he stated,"why don't you just buy it from Voyles!" That was Friday evening about 6 pm. I called Voyles and by about 6:45 pm we had cut the deal. Monday morning the Washington dealership called and was still trying to cut a deal. I told him I took his advice, and he said, "what was that?" I said, you told me to buy it from Voyles and I did, "ClICK". He hung up. That deal saved me $3500. I would recommend Ed Voyles and Josh M. to anyone who wants a great deal and outstanding coustomer service. We didn't even consider another dealership for our second Jeep. Soon as I came back from Afganistan I went Straight to there dealership. The worked with me with every option in the book did not give up on me at all it took them sometime to get me a lender but never once did they give up and keep me posted every step of the way. They are truly the best.
  • Buyer Beware of the Used Car Lot

I spent three days at this dealership trying to buy a vehicle. First day I was sent home on a test drive in a Dodge Durango and the check engine light came on. Inspected by a mechanic and he noted transmission issues. 2nd day, after returning the Durango, was encouraged to try out a Jeep Liberty. Loved It! Called that afternoon and said I would purchase with Cash in the morning. 3rd day, signed all the paperwork, had it added to my insurance and asked them to return my rental vehicle which had an office within 1/2 mile of the dealership. Suddenly they (management) realized they sent me home in the wrong vehicle. I was supposed to drive an older Jeep Liberty and they gave me a somewhat newer one. Deal was cancelled immediately by them. My check was thrown at me like it was and evil paper. They then asked that I drive an older Jeep Liberty which I drove home. Guess What? Engine Light came on and I rattled and rolled 54 miles home in it. I called them on day 4 and had them pick up the vehicle from me since it was over 105 miles per day to get to them from where I lived. To add insult to injury, the dealership failed to return my rental as promised, failed to offer refund on gas I put in their vehicles and offered nothing on the extra day rental I paid. Buyer beware, this dealerships used car lot is not worth the hassle. Three days of travelling, purchased a car (which they cancelled after paperwork signed) and no reimbursement for expenses. No help from upper Management. Highly recommend you look elsewhere. Buyer Beware.

I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Josh Mooney, trading in my beloved 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Experience was great. Josh helped us find the best match to our desires. No hassle. Price was fair. Josh was able to get side steps installed quickly while I waited. He took time to help me set up Bluetooth for iPhone, and demonstrated raising and lowering soft top.

I went to Ed Voyles Jeep to take a look at the new 4-door Wranglers, more to get information than to make a purchase, but open to buying if I could get a good deal. My sales consultant, Turner S., was a pleasure to work with, answering all of my questions, taking me for a test drive and making my experience at Ed Voyles a positive one. Once we started talking numbers, it looked as though we would be too far apart for me to walk away with the Jeep I was interested in, but Turner, along with the financial person we were working with, kept at it until the payments were within my price range. I'm now the proud owner of my 3rd Jeep Wrangler and am looking forward to this weekend when I can take my 4 and 5 year old boys out for their first drive with the top down. They love the new addition to our family and so do I. Thank you Turner for making it happen!
