Sales person started well but went south very quickly . the used car mgr. Carl worst I ever seen in my years of buying cars needs to learn more about customer service, because my trade was almost the same cost of the Cadillac I was purchasing he tried to add on to the car to make higher All Weather Liners ( Mats ) that cost 599.00 & Tint / HD-Screen Protector ( film over monitor ) cost 599.00 than wanted me to accept only one key to vehicle one week after taking delivery of Cadillac it broke down called salesman to ask what are they going to about break down no reply waited for answer 2 day nothing I did take to Cadillac Dealership unbelievable car was fixed in 3 hours. very disappointed, I hope someone does something about the ego's the manager has when people are buying car they should not have to dealer with ego's.

Overall procedure is good, but every step take a bit long time. For example, I choice 1 item then take 15~20minutes to update. And No one install rain protection so far.. please don't add rain protection...

After doing a possible thorough market research (in-person visits to 3 other Toyota dealers of Atlanta) we purchased a RAV4 Hybrid for our child. Mr. Sonnie, the salesperson was so assertive & attentive to our cause. Could negotiate to a 3K to the initial quote with a better interest rate than we were pre-approved for from the leading Credit Union. The only suggestion we could make is the experience we had from the manager Mr. Kim, that if it was a bit affirmative attitude than the bit rude & aggressive approach of his; although all formal purchase documentation etc done by him was perfect, yet wish his interactions were a bit mutually appealing, thank you.

I will not use this dealership again. The finance manager is [non-permissible content removed]. I would suggest Reading everything before you sign anything even when he tell you it’s nothing you haven’t already agreed with your sales guy . You can’t understand a word hardly he’s saying until he wants you to. I’m an idiot. Don’t be so trusting if you choose to do business with autoNation Toyota in Lithia Springs. I’m paying a lot more than I ask for, Don’t make the same mistake.

He as GREAT .. a VERY patient quiet KNOWLEDGABLE POROFESSIONA salesman ... we have never had a more PLEASANT auto sale than the one we had with Israel..He was just fantastic, We can't say enough about him .. If all of your salesmen are like Israel Then you guys have something very special because he is the perfect example of what and how an auto salesman should be and act ..A fine young man who is just a super salesperson..t hank him for us and you guys should give him some sort of bonus, dinner or something because he was just fantastic, thanks again

I just purchased a 2023 Toyota RAV 4XLE premium from AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road in Lithia Springs Georgia. I receive the finest customer service I have ever been given anywhere at any time in my life!! My sales associate was Ornella MacFarlane. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I had my heart set on at the most fair price, and that I was happy in my complete experience with her and the entire dealership. We were asked if we needed help twice before entering the door, greeted cheerfully within two seconds, and we’ were given breakfast and coffee!! All the associates, Ornella, and every single employee we came into contact with even in passing, showed such respect and gave off the impression that they truly enjoyed working there. I have been so impressed with the quality of my vehicle and the professionalism of this dealership!!! If you want a great car from someone who will go to bat for you and do it with top-notch five star customer service I beg you to go see Ornela and AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road. This is my 2nd experience, as I went with my Sailor son to pick up the vehicle when he came back from overseas duty. He was happy so I decided to give them a try as well. I was looking for a very specific vehicle for my circumstances. Max assisted me the first day and was with a client when I returned, so he asked Kevin to assist me. Kevin took time to listen to me and answered all my questions. He can tell you I had more than a few! Since it is a used vehicle, I wanted to be sure I was getting exactly what I needed for what I can afford. Ricardo was my finance guy and made sure to offer me a warranty to fit my needs as well. Winston made sure I had an extra key that I will no doubt need at some point, lol. My overall experience was fantastic and I would refer anyone to try them out!
