After doing a possible thorough market research (in-person visits to 3 other Toyota dealers of Atlanta) we purchased a RAV4 Hybrid for our child. Mr. Sonnie, the salesperson was so assertive & attentive to our cause. Could negotiate to a 3K to the initial quote with a better interest rate than we were pre-approved for from the leading Credit Union. The only suggestion we could make is the experience we had from the manager Mr. Kim, that if it was a bit affirmative attitude than the bit rude & aggressive approach of his; although all formal purchase documentation etc done by him was perfect, yet wish his interactions were a bit mutually appealing, thank you.
