To complete the purchase, I returned three days later to make the final payment. The business… manager was efficient and that process only took about 15 minutes. Splash guards needed to be installed but it took too long. We spent over two hours total to finish the process. Too long!Superb Sales & Service!

He informed me that there were no HR-V’s in stock but he would contact me once the… next shipment arrived. He did just that! Ellis communicated just as he said he would. He was very professional and went over and beyond by even coming in to dealership on his day off to close the deal!
