After the tedious process of negotiations was complete, the purchase process took too long. We were at the dealership for over two hours. To complete the purchase, I returned three days later to make the final payment. The business manager was efficient and that process only took about 15 minutes. Splash guards needed to be installed but it took too long. We spent over two hours total to finish the process. Too long!
