    I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes ML 350 from Town Center Nissan on May 25, 2018. Weeks later, I am unable to really drive the vehicle due to safety concerns for myself and child. Agreed upon repairs from Town Center Nissan were NOT performed. I was instructed by the service department to seek assistance from Mercedes due to their limited knowledge. I was quoted $2,382.27 for repairs from Mercedes. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to speak with Town Center Nissan to rectify the situation. I emailed Scott Graap, Scott Middleton, Rick Mathis, Dominique Goodrow, and Aziz Atot THREE times and NEVER received a response. I left a message for Scott Graap and he did not return my call. I spoke with THREE representatives from Nissan corporate who were unable to help and advised me to contact the dealership AGAIN. I would NOT recommend purchasing an automobile from their dealership. Town Center Nissan does NOT exhibit the excellence they promote and lacks integrity. It is my sincere hope you heed my advice and take your business elsewhere; I do not wish this experience on anyone.

    I called before I came in and was told everything was still good... I went to talk about price and they added $3500 to the price.... I told them no that their internet price was $20,000 and they acted like I was lying. They asked me if I printed it... which I did and showed them... they stated they changed their prices at 11:30am that day. I told them the sales man at 3:30pm told me it was still a good price. I asked them if they would still honor the price that the sales man had agreed to... the manager said no. I drove 60 miles in bumper to bumper traffic with my wife who was in a leg cast to have them pull this on.... Unbelievable... BEWARE

    I went to pick up a vehicle we bought over the phone and through email. We agreed on price did the buyers order and all. I dealt with Nick Pullano and when I got to the dealership waited 35 minutes on him to pick up the vehicle. He nor anyone would come up and tell me the sold the vehicle and made me just wait. I finally got up and asked for a manager, Scott came over and said he would help then he passed me to another manager named Muke Savitz and he said I promise to fix this and will get back to you before the end of the day. I am standing there with a cashiers check and guess what I called and emailed at the end of the evening and he never returned any of my messages. I asked them at the dealership if I should go elsewhere and they said no just another broken promise. I Mu won’t be back and will tell others how they don’t appreciate future customers.

    This dealership did the classic Bait and Switch its a joke. I have been looking for a 2017 gtr for a while and now that the Blue book is actually out on the 17s they have been coming down in price. I have been searching cargurus daily looking for the right one for the right price. I was on late lastnight and they had a new GTR advertised for $82,200 so I immediately emailed them. I recieved an email back from a Heather asking me all kinds of questions about me and what I wanted like have I driven one before and If I could come down and see it and learn more about it. Once I emailed her back that I have owned them before and all I wanted was the otd price with no tax since I live in Las Vegas I didn't hear back from her for two hours. I finally emailed the GSM back becasue he sent me an generic email letting me know he was there to help me. Well about 20 minutes later I get an email from Heather saying that car is unavailbale evven though it just popped up late last night and she had sent me an email today asking when i can come doen and learn about it and drive it. This place is a JOKE

    When I was ready to purchase a car for my teenage daughter I called Town Center Nissan to ask about a couple of cars that I had viewed on their website. Mike Nicholson took the call and patiently answered ALL of my questions. I then made an appt to view the cars but they didn’t fit my daughter's picky taste. Mike patiently showed us every car on the lot within our budget. We selected a pre-owned Murano that we were thrilled with. Mike's service didn’t end after the sale; I reached out to him on several occasions when I had questions about the car. Just two months after my purchase I referred my sister to him; and although Town Center Nissan is 35+ miles away from her, Mike's exceptional service made it worth the drive!

    I was referred to Town Nissan by a great friend of mine who understood my dire need to get a new car as soon as possible. I was serviced by Salesman Joshua and everything went smoothly. All my concerns were addressed and I was able to drive away with a much needed new car. I recommend this dealership again and again. My time here was wonderful!

    Recently, my sister and I were searching for vehicle. We were trying to decide between the Toyota RAV 4 or the Nissan Rogue. We stopped by the Toyota dearship first. Needless to say we ended up at Towncenter Nissan and spoke with Joshua. He gave us great customer service by answering all our questions and concern about the vehicle. We ended up buying the Rogue because of the exceptional customer service. Since then I've referred a friend who also bought a car from Joshua. If you stop by Towncenter Nissan, please ask for Joshua if you are looking for some great customer service.

  • Worst Experience

    Worst experience after I bought my "certified" pre-owned 2011 Nissan Sentra. I bought my car in April of 2014 and in October of 2014 brought it to Nissan because it was shaking when I came to a stop; they said I had to broken axels’. Axels’ are hard to break and I find it hard to believe that mine breaking is just normal wear and tear. The service manager replaced them under warranty, however that same year November or December 2014 my car broke down due to my Throttle Body being clogged up, had it towed and cleaned out by Carl Black because I refuse to let Town Center work on my car. Since then I have replaced my catalytic converter, mass air flow sensor and my AC system. Now I am having transmission issues. My '96 Saturn ran better than this car. Went in today to talk to the GM Scott and he pretty much said these things happen over time .Not to mention this isn't even the car I originally picked out, and my sales guy was fired a few months after I bought my car. AND I owe way more than the car is worth. The GM was like come trade your car in and lets put you in a new one with tons of rebates to eat the negative equity. Are you crazy? I'll never buy a car from them again and if I know someone who is going to them I will talk them out of it. I am currently speaking with consumer affairs to see if there is anything they will do. The manager of service, Rick doesn't even care. He says the same thing, oh it's just normal wear and tear. Horrible experience. You'd think they'd take accountability, but of course not. "How are we supposed to know that the car was going to have 2 broken axels’ 6 months later" That's what the GM said. LOL Town Center is a joke!!

    Please dont do buisness with Town Center Nissan I have been a buyer twice and was told each time that if I referred someone I would receive a referral fee. I have refered 7 buyers in the last year and a half to the same salesman his name is AZIZ. I have spoke to him many times and each time I am told the checks will be coming. They have not, not one. I cant speak for other Towncenter Nissan buisness practices but if they fail in this area so terribly I would suspect other poor buisness practices.

    After dealing with other dealerships, Town Center Nissan was such a breath of fresh air! The sales reps were so friendly, down to earth & honest! They worked with us for hours and got us a great deal on our Rogue! If you are thinking about buying a car, we would highly recommend that you stop here first. We are confident that you won't be disappointed!

    Town Center is an Excellent dealership and Rodney Bartholomew is an EXCELLENT salesman. He is extremely respectful, responsive, positive, hard working and everything you expect from a salesman. My wife and I sold her car and were looking for a 2015 Murano with very specific options and colors that are hard to find in the south due to limited AWD's to choose from. We had attempted to locate a vehicle via a dealership in my home town but they were slow and non-responsive, seeming to only want me to change what I wanted for something on their lot or something they could transfer with a short drive. So we started our own search. Nissan's website was pretty helpful but unfortunately they don't reflect current data once a vehicle is dealer transferred because after finding OUR Murano we found they no longer had it at the dealership stated on Nissan's website. Using Edmunds we found that the Murano had been moved from the dealership on a transfer and without Edmunds we would have never found it. Using Edmunds I found it at Town Center Nissan. I contacted Town Center over the phone and was connected to Rodney randomly (lucky me). Town Center was a 4 hour drive but after making them an offer they actually responded with a LOWER counter offer. I have never heard of this before and was honestly worried this would have a catch with it. I worked with Rodney via phone and text for a few minutes. Rodney took pictures of the vehicle, window stickerm odometer etc…everything I asked him to do. He then secured all of the out the door numbers for me and promised that it was all set. The next morning I drove 4 hours up to get the vehicle and upon my arrival my vehicle was front and center, washed, detailed and ready to roll. in less than an hour I was done with the inspection, test drive etc…and sitting in finance. Finance then got me a 0% interest loan which was even better than the already low financing I had set with my bank. Taking the 0% interest netted me an additional $500 from Nissan. To say the least I am EXTREMELY happy with my deal and there were absolutely zero surprises and I think this is the only time I have ever bought a vehicle where at least one little thing didn't go wrong or come with a negative surprise during the final process. Thank you Rodney and Town Center, it was well worth the drive and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase, just wish you were our hometown dealer.

    I found a 370Z online and immediately called Nissan Town Center in Kennesaw to make sure the inventory was current. I went in the following day and found the car as advertised. It was priced well and the salesman was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone for their next purchase. Ask for Rodney!

    I came in to Town Center Nissan with my family to look at a Juke - after driving it and the Rogue, I test drove the Frontier Crew Cab. Our salesman Rodney was very patient with us as we test drove several cars and as we asked questions while checking the cars out. The last time I was in a dealership looking at new cars was in 2000, when we bought the car which we traded in on the Frontier. My previous experiences were not good, but this one was excellent.

    What a great car buying experience! We did quite a bit of shopping around for a small SUV. The service and price at Town Center were the best in the area. Rodney was attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable. He did not play any games - he listened to what we needed and provided it with a smile!!!

    I moved to Georgia just 6 months ago. I had a lease I got in New Hampshire that was going to be ending. I came here to Town Center Nissan to see what they could do for me. My salesman Rodney listened to all I wanted and worked with me diligently to get my payment right. I am not an easy customer as I have been in the business before. Rodney worked hard to make me happy. I got exactly what I wanted and in a car I am VERY happy with. I would recommend this dealership over and over. Thank you to all the staff for your help in this matter.
