  • No Multi-point Inspection...AGAIN

    Brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Oil change appears to have been done, but they wouldn't rotate tires because 2 are close to needing replacement and wouldn't reduce the price for work not done. When the car was ready, I asked about the multi-point inspection and was told the system was down and couldn't produce the document. I've had MANY problems with this dealership not performing the multi-point inspection in the past. When I complained to the manager, he was borderline rude and didn't even care when I said I likely wouldn't return. My husband works for GM or I would never deal with them again and I certainly will not return to this dealership.

    I have been going to Hardman Cars for nearly 30 years and have always gotten very good service. I trust them and that is important to me. To me trust is something earned and they have earned it. The staff are friendly and efficient.

    Pulled into Jim Hardman GMC dealership with a mechanical issue on our Cadillac CTS the day before the Christmas Holiday and without an appointment. Within two hours the repair on the problems on two different mechanical issues was completed and I was on my way! And, that includes having to obtain the replacement parts.

    My son had a problem with his car that rendered him stranded in the middle of the road to work. I call Jim Hardman and they promptly sent a tow truck, brought the vehicle to the repair shop and got it fixed so that my son was able to go to work the following day. Thanks for your help and a job well done.

    Absolutely exceptional service. I stopped in for an oil change with only 10 mins until closing on Saturday afternoon. With it being almost closing time I told them I'd just come back another time. The service manager insisted on getting me right in. Excellent customer service!!

    I felt i was overcharged for service on a fuse replaced for trailer break light. I was charger over 80 dollars for putting in a fuse. That i felt was excessive.

    B.E.S.T. used to stand for Buick Expert Service Team. It still does at this dealership. Everyone works together for a great finished product. I've bought a number of vehicles here and they have kept them well running and well maintained. If my Wife has a problem with a car and I'm not around, she knows where to go for help. I have complete faith in these folks.

    I am in Gainesville about 5-6 months out of the year. I always have any maintenance work done on my vehicle while here. Jose answers my concerns and explains everything that needs attention to keep my vehicle in good working order. I trust the staff at Jim Hardman.

    Mike, the sales manager was excellent. We were from out of town with scheduled Dr. visits. He had our car back to us with in a timely manner and it was repaired. He also let us use a brand new car to keep the Drs appointment. Service was excellent, fair, and each person We met was very nice to us. We were relieved to receive great service....

    Mike the Service Man who helped to get my tires exchanged and a front end alignment was excellant to work with. He profided transportation for me to my home while the work was being done My wife and I needed to be near the dealer when he called to say the work was completed so we stopped to pick it up. Mike honored my GM employee discount and the over all price was really great. Thank You again, Jim Hardman GMC team Ed and Peggy Cagle
