Trading in my Kia Optima for a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Duluth was one of the best car experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of.
Buddy Nelson went above and… beyond to make the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for me. I never felt pressured—just supported every step of the way.
I’m absolutely loving my new Equinox, and I’m so thankful to Buddy and the entire team for making this such a smooth and exciting transition. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Buddy if you’re in the market for a new ride!

I already knew what I wanted and what price I would have so everything was already figured out by the time I had go there. Garrison Majors explained everything to me so I always knew… what was going on and he asked repeatedly if I needed anything. That is how you are supposed to fill when buying a car. I will always be going back to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and I would recommend you ask for Garrison. Thank you soooooo much!!! I love my car!!!Great purchasing experience

We stopped at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet just to look at a couple of their used cars to plan for the fiture when we are in a better position. Dave Cauthen set about prequalifying us for a… new car financing program. Working with Max Portanova in finance, Dave made short work of it. Shortly thereafter, we drove away in a new car with great low down deferred terms and a low interest rate. At the age of 71 years old, and extensive experience building auto agencies, this was the most positive experience I have been through. My Salesman, Jonathan Spencer was patient and attentive to my needs and wants and got me… into a brand new 2015 Camaro. The process was smooth, and not time consuming as I was expecting it to be. by Tschreider on 07/31/2015I recently purchased a 2015 Equinox from this dealer after learning that my 2007 Saturn repair costs would exceed the value of the car. This is an important point as my mindset was anything other than having to purchase a new car. In the… past my experience in purchasing cars was more alike a root canal. No one wants one. I was also prepared for a plethora of dealer antics, upsells and chicanery. David Wilson my Service Advisor gave my name to John Secondo the General Sales Manager, who connected me personally. I explained my situation and scheduled an appointment with him where he promised to assign me to one of his "top" Sales Consultants. For me time is critical as I am in the tech industry and cannot waste even a minute. John introduced me to my Sales Consultant Nick Gilland who was refreshing to say the least. He was professional, articulate and really nice to deal with. Nick never pressured me, spoke honestly when I asked him my questions and proved to be knowledgeable about his products. I think the operative word here is team work, I felt as if I had a team working with me to reach my goal of finding great value in a new vehicle in a short period of time. With full respect for my time I was able to complete this purchase in less than four hours over a two day period. In the end, this was a win-win for the buyer and the seller. They will certainly have my business going forward and I will always ask for Nick and you should as well.Excellent Car Buying Experience

My salesperson was Brenda Bryan, and as soon as I met her, I was completely at ease. She was… straightforward and honest, and she worked her tail off to get me the deal I wanted on the exact car that I wanted. I am so grateful for Brenda and the entire Rick Hendrick team. Everyone I came in contact with that evening (I was in and out in 3 hours) - from reception, to Brenda, to finance, even the guys that washed my new car for me - was warm and friendly, and made me feel like I was their priority. With that said, you left me almost speechless after trading in my 2013… Silverado 1500 (4x4) 4WD-EXT Cab LTZ (fully loaded) truck for a new 2015 Silverado 1500 (4x4) 4WD CREW cab LTZ (fully loaded). I was already ecstatic and extremely satisfied with the 2013 Silverado but the new one is without a doubt the BEST TRUCK in the market! Coupled with the "Rick Hendrick's" staff, which never ceases to amaze me (Leondre Sparks-Sales guy and Carlos Luna-Finance Mgr). These guys exemplify and validate the RICK HENDRICK's brand. Besides the Silverado, it is without a doubt the profound customer service that keeps me a loyal customer and I'm always spreading the word to colleagues, friends and family about this dealership and truck! I have bought 5 new cars in my life from other car dealers and have… never been as impressed as I was with Rick Hendrick. Our salesman Nick Gilland he was a great salesman,was very helpful and knowledgeable with the process. Nick took his time with us and went above and beyond to help us. The finance person that helped us was Anthony Knight, he was outstanding as well. I went to the Buford location and bought two cars from them, but the last time I went I was not pleased. The salesperson was rude and didn't answer his calls when I tried… to get in touch with him. When I called the Duluth store, I met Garrison and he was great. He helped me understand how to use the car and was patient with me. I would recommend anyone to go to the Duluth store and ask for Garrison. He will give you a good car buying experience!!!Thank you so much!!!

I always hate going into a dealership because I feel like they try and suck you in until you break. This was completely different... She ensured that I knew of all of the features of the car. That I had all the On… star apps and my welcome call from On star was completed before I left the dealership. She made sure that no stone was left unturned. My finance mgr Steve was great as well. Very laid back. I also ran across another finance manager Anthony that I was very pleased with that broke the numbers down to where my deal made so much more sense. Thanks to all that made this car buying experience seen so effortlessly. I have already recommended a few people. Customer for life!Great Experience

After hearing the many authentic radio testimonies, we decided to give your company a try. A few mins after we entered the… dealership we were paired with sales consultant Nick Gilland. Even with the place being super busy he gave us his undivided attention and walked us through the process of getting approved for a new car. When we thought that our experience couldn't get any better Vlad Pirvulescu introduce himself to us as our financial consultant. Both of these men patiently worked with us until we walked out of that dealership with the BEST deal possible for a 2015 Chevy Cruze. I almost cried tears of joy and have been telling EVERY ONE we meet about our experience. I believe we have found a set of friends for life!
