Trading in my Kia Optima for a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Duluth was one of the best car experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of.
Buddy Nelson went above and… beyond to make the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for me. I never felt pressured—just supported every step of the way.
I’m absolutely loving my new Equinox, and I’m so thankful to Buddy and the entire team for making this such a smooth and exciting transition. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Buddy if you’re in the market for a new ride!

Amazing Customer Service! Simply the best
by Stacy71 on 12/29/2015If it weren't for Dan Houser and the GSM, Johny, helping me out I never would be driving around in a car as nice as what I have. My mom and I went car shopping right before Xmas, and to say it was depressing is an understatement. Rick… Hendrick Chevrolet was our saving grace because they put me in a 2011 Chevy Equinox when no other dealer could find a suitable car in my price range. I told them what my out-the-door price was so I wouldn't waste anyone's time. Dan (who is a Corvette specialist, but still spent the remainder of his day helping me with a used Equinox) and Johny (the second head honcho there, I believe) said they had a car they could put me in and they stuck to their word! I was so happy to see a car that was in great condition, had all the bells and whistles I wanted, looked appealing and most importantly I could afford! All the dealers we'd been to prior kept trying to get me to buy a more expensive car and finance (something I was not wanting to do being a single mom). Dan and Johny at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet went ABOVE AND BEYOND when I thought I had lost all hope on what I could afford! That was a very emotional day for me. But I barely remember the bad from car shopping that day because I love my new "used" car and so does my 15 year old daughter. I now have peace of mind that she and I will be safe driving around in a car without the high mileage my previous car had. Thanks again Dan and Johny....It was the best Xmas gift anyone could've asked for! And Dan - when I can afford a Corvette, I'll be buying it from you!!! 5 stars hardly seems like enough, to describe how I feel about Dan and Johny and the entire dealership. You deserve a 10 star rating, if they had one!Great buying experience for me and my son!

I went to trade in my 2014 Cruze that I previously purchased from them about a year and a half ago and was welcomed and treated with great customer… service! My salesmen were Robert Williamson and Peter Eze and they went the extra mile in guaranteeing that I had a wonderful car buying experience! They were both very pleasant and knowledgeable about all different types of Chevys. We were there for a while, as to be expected but they both made sure my husband and I were tended to. I am pleased to say that they were able to take my trade in and out me in a 2016 Chevy Malibu. Renaldo Robinson, our finance person was also very friendly and worked hard to get us a great deal on our new purchase! I would highly recommend buying a car from Rick Hendricks with Robert and Peter for a pleasant and easy going car buying experience!Great Service

He was extremely informative, patient, and gave me all of my options and never came… across as a salesman. David Blood in the Service Department should definitely take notes and learn how to provide such service. Unfortunately, as a result of my experience in the Service Department with Mr. Blood I will be taking my new 2016 Chevrolet Malibu to another location for service. Thanks again Mr. Nick Gilland! At first, I went to Nissan and they told me that I would have to go to a buy here, pay here, but I stopped by Rick Hendrick to see what… they could do because I kept hearing their commercial. I worked with Trey at first and he set me up with a great deal and a fantastic rate. When I finished all the paperwork, I met Garrison and he showed me how to use everything in my car. I can defined this guys as WORLD CLASS sales people, with no pressure, very professionals, very well spoken, and very helpful. As far as financing, Francelly, added the cherry to the cake, a very painless process and friendly person to deal with.
