I had the pleasure of working with Brandon in the service department at Gwinnett Place Honda. He was amazing from beginning to end. When I arrived, he greeted me with a smile and walked me over to his desk to go over the maintenance that my vehicle was due for. I was going to wait at the dealership and get some work done in the waiting area, but he offered me a shuttle to my job since it was close by. He updated me with the status of repairs while my vehicle was in the shop and when they were completed, he had the shuttle driver pick me back up. Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable and I look forward to working with him again when I am due for my next service!

As in the past, this time as well, the one and only Courvoisier was my service advisor! He is simply great, and each time I bring my car to Gwinnett Place Honda I feel confident seeing him. He always makes me aware of the condition of my car, and what the right thing is to do from a maintenance perspective. I am happy on each visit I get to work with him. Thank you Courvoisier!

Went into Gwinnett Place Honda after about a month of doing research online. I wanted to be knowledgable so that I didn't get taken advantage of. I've been to so many dealerships in the past where I felt pressure to buy. To my surprise, the people at GPH were so friendly and I never once felt like they were trying to sell me a car. Tyler, the young man who greeted me on the lot was so nice and just genuinely excited for me and my search for the perfect car. He guided me through all the different trims and was very patient with me and all my many questions. As it was my first time buying a car, I was quite nervous once we moved on to the paperwork. Mike from the financing department was so funny and helped me through the process. I really felt like he cared because he made sure I understood everything that I was signing and was very patient with me. With all that being said, today I drove out with my first brand new car and I couldn't be happier! Thank you to all the people at Gwinnett Place Honda!

We were comparing the Camry to the Accord. I had looked at the Camry the day before and was not impressed with the Sales Team there! We had an appointment with Leo and we had already decided that if we liked the Accord better we were going to buy it. Leo was very professional and answered all our questions with a wealth of knowledge! Albert in finance was also very professional and took very good care of us!

The service is very thoughtful and time efficient. Honda also provide warranty for free replacement. The waiting area is very comfortable with internet and drinks where I can work comfortably.
