Worst service ever
by Nick on 02/17/2023Don’t go here, the sales people will tell you one thing and then the manager will say another. I had them run my credit for a sight unseen purchase of a bolt ev. I was told I would get a call in the morning to go over numbers and such and… then they would deliver the car. Well here I am on the next day was told no on the car as it was already spoken for and sorry we pulled your credit. Like uhhhh why did we run my credit tell me said car will be in my drive way and then not follow through? Also they add all kinds of predatory things to the loan like a “LoJack” even though the car has ONStar and all that tech in it, plus another 300 dollars for nitrogen gas in your tires. Beware of these [non-permissible content removed]. I was able to locate the same car for 9k cheaper with all the same features etc. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!Please give our Customer Care Manager, Raquel Hatcher, a call at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to resolve this with you.
