The place to go!

I worked with Renaldo to get the best deal possible and primarily with Ricardo throughout the sales process. Ricardo's prompt… responses and follow-up to inquiries should be the gold standard for customer service. I was quickly put at ease about the buying process and could tell that this dealership is experienced with remote transactions. Ricardo checked in with me after the sale was complete, while my car was being shipped, and after I received it. Again, he was quick to respond to an after-sale concern. Rick Hendricks Chevrolet had the lowest price I could find nationally for the car I wanted. The buying and shipping process was smooth and convenient. The entire team at this dealership was courteous and professional. He suggested that I take the vehicle for a test drive. Durning the time he did… not pressuring me into purchasing, but gave me the time to decide. The facility was very clean and well organized. He was very patient and transparent with me during the process and maintained professional during my visit. If I ever had to purchase another vehicle I… would only want to purchase from him at the same dealership. He explained the process very well and made sure that I was able to get what I wanted within my budget range. I traded in my 2011 Chevy Cruze and upgraded to a 2021 Jeep Compass which I love so much. He continuously made me feel comfortable during the process as I always get anxious with making large purchases. The other team members were great as well and explained the financing process and any documents prior to me signing.
