He suggested that I take the vehicle for a test drive. Durning the time he did… not pressuring me into purchasing, but gave me the time to decide. The facility was very clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions that I had. All this led to a positive decision on my part to purchase from Miguel Guerrero. Dondray was the best!

He was very patient and transparent with me during the process and maintained professional during my visit. If I ever had to purchase another vehicle I… would only want to purchase from him at the same dealership. He explained the process very well and made sure that I was able to get what I wanted within my budget range. I traded in my 2011 Chevy Cruze and upgraded to a 2021 Jeep Compass which I love so much. He continuously made me feel comfortable during the process as I always get anxious with making large purchases. The other team members were great as well and explained the financing process and any documents prior to me signing. Dishonest dealer. Didn't tell you a new car was rented for 1 week.
by ds on 12/08/2023We purchased a 2023 chevy traverse LT cloth from Timothy Peterson. We wanted a new car and we paid $39000 for it. It turned out the car has 300 miles on it already. We asked him why there was so many miles on it and he said it's because it… was driven from one dealership to another. He didn't tell us that the car was rented for 1 week (for those people who had their car in service), which we found out in the paperwork after we got home, and he didn't show us the paperwork during purchasing. We asked him many times and he guarantee us it was a new car. Dishonest dealer. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, and would tell my experience to anyone who want to buy a carWe apologize for your experience.
