Purchased GMC Yukon
by R Rivers on 05/02/2021We recently purchased a 2020 GMC Yukon from Hennessy Cadillac. It was an exceptional buying experience. Our sales consultant, Reginald Batts, was outstanding. He is professional, courteous, efficient, and fair. Reginald had the car waiting… for us when we arrived and appraised our trade while we test drove the Yukon. Reggie was knowledgeable regarding the many features of this specific SUV and readily shared the information with us. When it came to buying the car, there was no pressure. I enjoyed the give-and-take exchange with Reginald as we negotiated the value of the trade. I highly recommend you work with Reginald if you visit the dealership. Final points, we were able to quickly complete the purchase/paperwork with Chib in the Business Office. Chib provided us with a competitive price on an extended warranty for the Yukon. I have been purchasing cars for many years. Our experience with Hennessy Cadillac and Reginald Batts ranks up there with the best.What a wonderful experience!

Don stayed late on a Thursday night, well past close, to ensure we had… a smooth sales process. He went up and beyond to make sure we had a good understanding of all the vehicles features and even took the time to take a family photo with the new ride. Dealing with her was a pleasure when we arrived at Hennessy. We do not… buy cars very often, therefore tend to keep them for years so do not go through this very often. There was no pressure at all, Marlene let us dictate the pace of the sales process. Had we felt pressured or blind sided we would have walked, which we have done before. A day after the sale there was one issue that Hennessy fixed with basically no questions asked. I would absolutely deal with Marlene and Hennessy again. We made an appointment at which he was prepared with narrowed options. We did a test drive and concluded with a… purchase. Since I was not expecting Kurt to have it narrowed down for us yet, I did not have a check or the prior car title. Kurt followed us home and in a short afternoon we had a new car and cold not have expected such brilliant service.
