Hennessy Cadillac

My wife and purchased a used car at Hennessy Cadillac. We were lucky that Marlene Topping answered the phone when I inquired about a particular vehicle we saw on line. Dealing with her was a pleasure when we arrived at Hennessy. We do not buy cars very often, therefore tend to keep them for years so do not go through this very often. There was no pressure at all, Marlene let us dictate the pace of the sales process. Had we felt pressured or blind sided we would have walked, which we have done before. A day after the sale there was one issue that Hennessy fixed with basically no questions asked. I would absolutely deal with Marlene and Hennessy again.
