    We worked with the Internet Sales department and bought a 2017 Honda Pilot Elite. We were able to pick it up the next day less than 24 hours after it came off of the truck. We will definitely go back there for our next car. Best car buying experience we've ever had.

    I normally do not write these reviews but I felt this time I really needed too. it was time for me to turn in my lease (I had leased my Accord at another Honda dealer) and devided to try Lou Sobh first. I walked in, told Andrea (my sales person) what I wanted and could do and without any problems I got what I wanted! In and out! I STRONGLY encourage you to give them a try before you go anywhere else!

    I dealt with Raja to negotiate and complete the purchase of a new CR-V. He was completely professional and courteous during the sales process and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I would recommend Raja to anyone interested in purchasing an auto from Lou Sobh Honda.

    ust the worst experience ...Jake or Jacob was like the weird sales guy and we complained about his guy with racist feeling then hesitating to even greet a customer and making fun of them in a mean way. Sales Manager was not even sorry but said he will give a deal of not behaving well before....so looks like all are from the same school and never gonna fit in such jobs where customers are their income and should know how to treat them....HONDA make your sales people at this dealer learn real life classes and know how to treat people first without thinking them as customers.I wish I could give -ve star ratings.

    After days of car shopping in pressure situations what a refreshing experience it was to work with John. In a cut throat business with many options to choose from its was John's charismatic and patient style that helped seal the deal for us. All around great experience.

    We purchased a used Honda CR-V from Lou Sobh sales rep Nick S. Nick took us through options, help lead us to a good decision and then executed paperwork efficiently and professionally. The negotiation was, as is with car buying, a pain...but much less so than I am used to dealing with in my years of buying cars. We will be a repeat customer to Lou Sobh and Nick S.

    I made the mistake of buying a new Honda Pilot from these guys and although I love the car, I now wish I worked with a more reputable dealership. The Pilot is to replace my wife's car which was totaled in a pretty bad accident. I made the mistake of agreeing to purchase it before the insurance money arrived on the promise they would hold my sizable down-payment. Well it took them all of 24 hours to break that promise. They cashed the check the next business day despite promises from my sales rep, the finance manager and the general manager that they would hold the check until I gave them the go ahead and if they felt they had waited to long, they would call me and give me the heads-up that they were going to present it to the bank. Here is what really burns me up, upon telling the dealership that even though the check cleared the bank, I no longer could take my family on vacation during the fourth of July weekend, the finance manager told me, "it's not my fault, I put a note on the check not to deposit". Even worst, my sales rep Nick's response was "I still need you to give us 5 stars on the Honda survey or they will cut my commission". I was also told that the General Manager would be giving me a call to work something out, that was four days ago and I'm still waiting for that call. Needless to say, I've been less than pleased with their attempts or motivation to rectify their error. Do yourself a favor and avoid [non-permissible content removed] like the plague. There are Honda dealerships more deserving of your business 8 miles south on GA-400 and 10 miles east on GA-20. Trust me, being treated honestly and with respect is worth the extra drive
    • Ryan, I remember speaking with you when you were here at the Dealership. You were comparing our 2014 Pilot Touring with a 2015 Pilot ExL that Gwinnett had led you to believe had navigation. After a little bit of negotiation you agreed to purchase the 2014 Pilot Touring for only $700 more than what Gwinnett was selling the 2015 ExL. I also remember you brought your father to cosign the loan with you because you have questionable credit. We were able to finance you BY YOURSELF, much to your surprise, AT A SUB 5 PERCENT RATE. You wrote us a $5,000 dollar check and asked us to hold it until July 1st, which we agreed to do. You also said that you would call us if you needed us to hold it longer. As agreed, we deposited the check on July 2nd, because you never called us. On the 3rd you called us at 5:30 and asked us to hold the check longer. Even though us depositing the check was YOUR FAULT, Our Finance Manager offered to loan you $2,000 dollars so you could go on vacation, which you declined. I'm sure with all of our excellent reviews that people will be able to see that you are just blaming us for your mistake. I believe it is about time that you accept responsibility for this situation.

    I just picked up my first Honda ever and I have to say that the purchase experience at Lou Sobh has been excellent. Keep in mind that you have to be an informed buyer and know the right price is. With that in mind the sales process is really simple plus their facility is state of the art and kid friendly.
