Purchase 2023 Ford Escape SUV 5/10/25

Rainy day, Cecil Rivers guided us through process test drove seceral.Traci liked silver grey. We finished finance process and drove away happy. 5th car we have purchased at Coutersy in last 20 years

    My truck was brought in for a recall notice regarding the air bag. Mechanics found some other issues that took longer to repair and instead of a recall at no cost to me I paid a nearly $1000 bill. By the way what is the $60 service fee for?

    It was time for my free oil change at Quick Lane and rotate tires. My car was totally finished with all the checks, oil change, and tire rotation in about 40 minutes. While I was waiting, Jay at Quick Lane checks the records on my vehicle and I asked for prices to do the required maintenance. He gave me a quote and it will qualify for zero percent interest for 12 months, which really helps. I paid for my new tires via the zero interest for 12 months, which was great for the budget. I am taking my 2009 Escape in for maintenance this Friday. Jay always give me good advice and I appreciate. I am not having any problems with my Escape, but I want to keep it in good repair, because it is my retirement car, and I love driving it. I am very confident with the Ford mechanics, which are the best trained, and why I keep coming back to Courtesy. Thanks

    I arrived at 1:30 pm on a busy Saturday afternoon for a routine oil change and 10,000 mile maintenance. The customer service representative told me there were 4 cars ahead of me so I could anticipate a wait. I walked over to Belk's, and Michael's to shop and returned 90 minutes later to have my vehicle ready. They also completed a factory recall that I was not aware was needed. Courtesy Ford and Quick Lane exceeded my expectations again!

    Jay is the MAN! This survey will be followed up with a formal letter. Let's just say, if more people cared at Courtesy Service Dept., the way that Jay in the Quicklane cares about his customers, Courtesy would be a much better place. Jay goes above and beyond and gets it done. Most importantly Jay listens and he really really cares. Kudos to Jay Miles, he's the Man!

    I walked in wanting to purchase my dream truck, an F-150. But, I purchased a used 2013 Edge Sport. I really liked the SUV. The overall effort that I received in service at this dealership was pretty decent. Thanks for all the help and support on my purchase.

    I am completely satisfied. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I purchased a 2014 F-150, and this was the absolutely best buying experience I've had in a long long time. My salesman Mr. Goudy found the options I wanted on my vehicle, and the color. That made the purchase easy. The finance team was great,and the owners are the best. Looking the keep the relationship going, for a future purchase (it is my fifth ford). Thank you FMC, too!!!

    The quality of the collision repair was ok but my car was in the shop waiting on a part when being repaired at a Ford dealership. I didnt expect to wait when there's an onsite parts department. The timelines of returning calls needs improvement too People need there vehicles or to be kept in the loop when there's a delay in the repair so that they can plan accordingly. Staff was friendly and did comp the last day of my rental when the car wasn't ready in time and the insurance company refused to pay for any more delays.
