by 2009Escape on 02/09/2016It was time for my free oil change at Quick Lane and rotate tires. My car was totally finished with all the checks, oil change, and tire rotation in about 40 minutes. While I was waiting, Jay at Quick Lane checks the records on my vehicle… and I asked for prices to do the required maintenance. He gave me a quote and it will qualify for zero percent interest for 12 months, which really helps. I paid for my new tires via the zero interest for 12 months, which was great for the budget. I am taking my 2009 Escape in for maintenance this Friday. Jay always give me good advice and I appreciate. I am not having any problems with my Escape, but I want to keep it in good repair, because it is my retirement car, and I love driving it. I am very confident with the Ford mechanics, which are the best trained, and why I keep coming back to Courtesy. Thankssecond time around

The customer service representative told me there were 4 cars ahead of me so I could anticipate a wait. I walked over to Belk's, and… Michael's to shop and returned 90 minutes later to have my vehicle ready. They also completed a factory recall that I was not aware was needed. Courtesy Ford and Quick Lane exceeded my expectations again!Great Customer Service!

by Onyx2013 on 12/30/2015The quality of the collision repair was ok but my car was in the shop waiting on a part when being repaired at a Ford dealership. I didnt expect to wait when there's an onsite parts department. The timelines of returning calls needs… improvement too People need there vehicles or to be kept in the loop when there's a delay in the repair so that they can plan accordingly. Staff was friendly and did comp the last day of my rental when the car wasn't ready in time and the insurance company refused to pay for any more delays.
