    AutoNation was and is a blessing to us old folks. Cameron Fraser was a blessing from start to finish. He was very professional and prepared from the Internet contact - followup via a phone text - call then visit and purchase. He walked us through the whole process and made it totally joyful. He is A+ as was the whole team at AutoNation Columbus. He has followed up with calls and text helping us learn and enjoy our brand new Jeep Wrangler Sahara . We are so blessed and thankful . We highly recommend Cameron and team AutoNation. 👌🤡🧑🏻‍🦳❤️

    The sales team Willie Potts and Financial team Wayne Koenig was awesome. It was exactly as they said it would be over the phone. These two individuals went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and ready when we arrived. I was in and out of the dealership in less than a hour back on the road. I highly recommend these two individuals and AutoNation to everyone I speak to.

    I purchased a 2020 Acura ILX from this dealership. They allowed me to test drive it without the pressure of a sales person riding with us. Upon our return, we spoke with the sales and discussed a few things and we left. He did not hassle me by calling everyday there after..which I appreciated. I did go back and purchase my car from them. I appreciated that they allowed us to make that decision without being hounded everyday. I would definitely recommend them.

  • Terrible Dealership

    2 weeks agoNEW I received an email stating that the dealership was interested in purchasing my jeep. The jeep was at the dealership getting some work done to it, and they emailed me a, "guaranteed as is," offer. I went in today to do the paperwork and wasted an hour of my life dealing with lies and deception. Apparently Chris, the employee who emailed me the offer was not actually authorized to do so. The dealership ran an "actual" offer while I was there. They then abruptly changed their minds and decided they were not interested in purchasing the jeep. I was a fan of this dealership prior to this experience. I will never do business with them again after the events that transpired today. I am dumfounded by their blatant lying and deception. Hopefully this post saves someone from wasting their time with this terrible business.

  • Replace fuel system on 2020 Ram 3500

    It took a long time, to get parts. The fuel system had metal in it so the whole system was replaced.

    Was 120 miles from home when my car broke down with a seized engine. My 2005 VW Jetta had served me well with over 221,000 miles. The staff and sales person Joey Mclendon were fabulous in assisting me in purchasing a new VW Golf that day. Was not expecting to buy a new car that day, but would recommend AutoNation VW and Joey to anyone!

    They have zero respect for your time and then lie to your face about the progress. They got grease all in the interior material of the roof . The service manager was nice and helpful but my car upholstery looks terrible around the door and around the visor.

    I called and asked the service department about an issue I was having with starting my car. He explained what to do and was very patient and responsive to my concerns. When I arrived he was,very understanding and communicated throughout my wait. Literally it was the best service I have had since coming there.

    I was called to make a service appointment for a recalled part on my Dodge Charger. After 5 hours I returned to pick up my vehicle and was told it was next in queue. They delayed my car even when I had an appointment.
