    I was called to make a service appointment for a recalled part on my Dodge Charger. After 5 hours I returned to pick up my vehicle and was told it was next in queue. They delayed my car even when I had an appointment.

    Biggest complaint - No protection was put in place to protect my vehicle when it was driven. Oil prints on the door handle and shoe prints on the carpet in the floor board. Charged for the alignment of tire, and then it was noticed of course after service rendered that there was a nail in side wall of tire and a new tire would be needed. Did not have the courtesy to mark where the nail is in tire. Did not call to offer me the knowledge nail was in tire or offer to fix it. Absolutely No offer to discount the service from the total charge. And sent me out the door without any thought to my personal safety!

    Went in to look at a truck but the wrong pictures were posted on the internet. The General Manager apologized and legitimately cared that this mistake was made. He had Philip Holt help us out to find a truck in our budget. They were willing to bring it in from another state just to look at it in person. I was initially looking at a Dodge Dakota and he found one for me in our budget with only 40,000 miles which was way better than i have seen in my extensive search. The dealership even found me an interest rate that was lower than my bank gave me and I had a monthly payment that was only slightly higher but paid off the loan in half the time. The icing on the cake was the warranty which covers power train, brake components, engine, and electrical, interior components for only a couple more dollars a month for 36 months or 50000 miles. This was great considering the vehicle is 13 years old. Initially i was irate with them about the whole wrong truck situation but they worked extrememly hard to win back my trust even though they didn't even know me. The GM and Philip went above and beyond what normal dealerships even think of doing

    My salesperson, Deanna, was great. Sales manager and finance manager did everything they could to get us where we wanted to be. A little disappointed that they really didn't know about the car. Didn't sit with us in the car to show us how everything worked. Also the fact that this is the first car that we have purchased that you have to buy additional equipment to make the nav and xm function. All other cars already came equipped and functional

    The only reason Ive continued to go to this dealership is bc it's the only Fiat dealership near me and I still have to travel 45 mins across state lines to get there. Even with an appointment it always takes at least 2 hrs to get a simple oil change. And the advisor that I'm always stuck is, has the worst attitude.

    Our salesman was Jeff Dell and he assisted us with purchasing a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer any and all questions that we had. We had to have step bars put on the truck as my wife could not get in the truck without them. They were able to have them ordered and put on the truck within two business days of signing and gave us a loaner until it was finished. When we picked it up, he came out to the truck and helped us get our phones synced and even assisted with contacting UConnect to have all of that set up before we even drove off the lot. He even called to check on us a few days after we took the truck home to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we didn't have any issues with the truck or its feature. I loved the experience from start to finish and can't say enough about how friendly the staff was while we were there completing paperwork. I would definitely recommend this dealership. If you are ever there, ask to see Jeff!

    The customer service I received was sub standard and not customer service friendly or informative. Additionally, I brought in my vehicle for a recall problem on my 2015 Chrysler 200 and the job was not done properly and I had to schedule to bring my vehicle back in. The service manager at the North Columbus location was rude and disrespectful, I ultimately walked out and went to the South location and I immediately received assistance and a loaner vehicle, which the service mgr at North location said they do not provide to customers. And I believe the South Columbus location corrected the issue. I am very disturbed by the way I was treated at the North Columbus service rep and service manager.

    I knew what I was going in for. I made an appointment to drive the car. Went in to see Jonathan. Great guy! No hassles no hidden crap. The process was easy quick and thorough from beginning to end. Great experience would highly recommend coming here for your next purchase!

    We went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to start looking around and pricing vehicles for my wife. We ended up driving a new Jeep home that evening. We told them what we wanted and what we could afford and they worked it out for us.

    Took my 08 Chrysler to dealership for overheating and recalls that were do on vehicle. The service guy looked a the miles 274K and made a statement saying these cars aren't anymore good after 150k miles. Well my vehicle is used for my personal and work so I asked him if he would check my radiator because the fluid was bubbling well after that he called me and said O2 sensor were checked and it was no change that I can come get my vehicle and now it is still doing the same thing over heating

    The Manager Daniel and Staff are very helpful and patient. I recently bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee through USAA. They ensured all incentives etc. were good to go prior to the final total of the vehicle. My sales rep was Trevor Cougar. Very nice and helpful during the process. Listens to your concerns prior to looking at crunching numbers and pays attention to what the buyer is looking at purchasing.

    My new Dodge Ram Sport had a check engine light come on so I called the dealer. Ashley quickly set me up an appointment and also made me aware of 4 free oil changes from Chrysler that had not taken advantage of and set me up to have that done while me truck was in for repair. I arrived very early the next morning(7AM) before Ashley was schedule to arrive so "AJ" very promptly took care of all my needs. He was very through and friendly to explain the entire process. I was notified that afternoon that my truck was ready for pick up and offered a free shuttle to bring me to dealer. Everything was done well and went very smoothly. All the repair and service was explained to me and I was given paper work to document what had been done as well as what and when my next maintenance was due. Overall is was a 10 out of 10 experience for me.

    I started my online shopping and asking several questions. They were very understanding that I did not want to be pressured. I finally took the leap and visited the dealership and Trevor was kind to assist me with a test drive. He was very patient and friendly. Did not pressure me to buy just made sure all my questions were answered. Within two weeks I made my decision and was very happy with the Sales Department.

    The service techs did a good job, my problem was the tech that checked me in called and told me that there was wear on my tires but they were only a week old and after telling her that she said I needed an alignment, I told her that I had a lifetime alignment when I bought the tires a week before.

    I left my vehicle for the ignition repair and to be service, I was told my vehicle would be ready at 6:30pm; however, when I arrived at 6:30 to pick my vehicle up all the work had not been done and I finally was able to leave around 6:55 pm. I too had told them I want to get my wiper fluid shoot check and fixed that morning. Ashley had stated that it probably just came loose and that they would check it. when I arrived to pick the vehicle up I specifically asked Ashley about it and she said it was on the work order and it would be fixed. Well needless to say it was not fixed.
