    I recently had a horrible experience with Nalley Buick/GMC in Brunswick, Georgia that merits further investigation by GM. On Monday May 30th I went to the dealership to meet with the Internet Sales Mgr, Eric Johnson, and was ready to purchase a 2016 Buick Enclave. I had a showroom quality trade-in, $6000+ cash and a known credit score of 650-700. I am gainfully employed as a medical professional with an excellent work history. After spending 2+ hours on the lot we sat down to begin the credit process. An unidentified "sales manager" presented my with printed information indicating that he found my credit rating to be poor with scores of only 540 to 580. This is absolutely false, an attempt to manipulate scores to increase interest rates. I left Nalley, went directly to NeSmith in Claxton, signed a deal and was financed through GM on a $44,000 Enclave with no issues. Nalley is committing some type of fraudulent business practices that GM needs to investigate promptly. We believe they have violated both the Fair Credit Reporting Act and FTC regulations for truth in lending.

    This wasn't a third vehicle that I have purchased from Nalley GMC Buick Dealership all three time was good experiences but this time was better than times before due Sale Manager Mike Collins Building and ordering the vehicle. Then Salesman Jim Deloach took over handling me with kid gloves from ordering the vehicle, tracking until delivery, setting up On Star and thoroughly educating me in regard to the vehicle inside and out at time of delivery...

    Excellent! Jim deloach is a very polite and respectful sales person. He was never pushy and listened to what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles, good experience and I will come again when I have to purchase again. Thanks to the entire team who seemed to work very good together to make it a smooth process.

    I defined the truck that I wanted, they found it and I bought it. The sales folks were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It was a good experience - as usual.

    I am 57 and have purchased many vehicles from many dealers. This is the best experience I have ever had. Jason and Mike were great to work with. We discussed my needs and my desires in the sales process. They followed everything I asked and put together a very good deal for me. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. A thank you for your business was given by everyone. Chip made a point to meet me and say you not only get a great car but you get the Nalley family (us). too.

    We had decided to purchase a new car some time ago. We were aware of the options and had decided on the category-of-vehicle and price-range within which we were willing to work. However a combination of factors including product, value and sales-personnel contributed to our shying away from making a final decision. We found the buying experience at Nalley a breath of fresh air. Information was exchanged, our questions were answered and we felt that we were treated respectfully without condescension or high-pressure sales techniques. On a more personal note, we enjoyed working with both our sales person (i.e., Jason L.) and the finance manager (i.e., James S.).

    Everyone seemed VERY anxious to "go the extra mile" helping me decide exactly what I wanted,,,, then locating and getting that vehicle.... I have bought many vehicles from Nalley (Hondas, Buicks, and GMC trucks)... I left for a short while in 2010 to buy a GMC truck from another dealership but am glad to be back!!!
