It is very busy, but she treats her clients with the greatest respect. She is compassionate and… caring. I would NEVER go any place else for my cady.Service with a smile!

It was completed very quickly- including being returned washed and the interior being detailed. Angela had all of the paperwork… completed and reviewed my vehicles checklist. Thank you Angela for taking such great care of us on an early Saturday morning!

Very poor sales knowledge
by CraigiePoo on 02/13/2015Our first stop at Vaden produced a young fellow that apparently was new or did not know anything about Cadillac. Never even introduced himself to us. From there we were in Jacksonville and visited both Cadillac dealers there. Very… informative. Being that we wanted to deal local if possible, we went back to Vaden. We had a appt. for that morning and when we got there they had not brought the car around. We needed to fill out a finance form and that was not ready. Every question we asked the fellow had to go and ask the sales manager.
