Dan Vaden Cadillac

Our first stop at Vaden produced a young fellow that apparently was new or did not know anything about Cadillac. Never even introduced himself to us. From there we were in Jacksonville and visited both Cadillac dealers there. Very informative. Being that we wanted to deal local if possible, we went back to Vaden. We had a appt. for that morning and when we got there they had not brought the car around. We needed to fill out a finance form and that was not ready. Every question we asked the fellow had to go and ask the sales manager.
