by David Lane on 11/28/2024This experience was very pleasing. My sales rep was focused on my needs and wants vs any conventional car salesman who only wants to make a sale for their benefit. I wasn’t pushed into buying anything. My sales rep understood that I made my… final decision and not them and they helped me to the vehicle that fit my needs. The whole staff was helpful. My sales reps were Mrs. Sue and Mr. Roscoe. They were both knowledgeable about the product they were selling unlike many well known car dealerships in the same area of town. I highly recommend giving Master Buick gmc a chance for any car or truck that would fit your needs.First time new vehicle purchase
by KingDavie on 11/20/2024Mr. Pearce's professionalism and down to earth approach is the number one vehicle buying experience i have personally had in my lifetime. 4 years(2020) ago, i walked into the same dealership and left within 7 mins. The sales rep failed… immensely and i purchased a vehicle an hour later at a different dealership. Mr. Pearce restored my faith that Master's Buick/GMC as the best dealership in Augusta. The team listened to exactly what i wanted and managed to drop over 10% off the MSRP. They financed me at a competitive rate and understood they were competing for my attention. I have never purchased a new vehicle; this experience might spoil me into only buying new. The team doesn't leave you flapping in the wind after a purchase. they will create a long-term professional relationship and answer questions long after you drive away in your new vehicle. Based Car Buying Experience in 4 decades

New Buick Encore

Master Buick not only was located close enough to us, the car selection and offers were outstanding. I had talked to Mr. Gene Baxley… before, and he had been understanding and, what we appreciated most, not high-pressure in pursuing a sale. On the Master Buick website, we saw that there was exactly the Buick Encore we would be interested in, we contacted Mr. Baxley, and he set up an appointment for a test drive. We made a deal that day and traded my mom's car for the exact Buick Encore we wanted.Outstanding Dealership
by jtropea on 07/25/2015My overall experience of purchasing a 2015 GMC Aciada from Master Buick GMC Augusta was EXCELLENT due to the over-whelming excellent service I recieved from sales consultant Mr. William (Bill) Whitten. Mr.Whitten was very courteous,… respectfull and most of all technically proficient in all aspects of the vehicle that I purchased. In addition, Mr. Whitten excellent knowledge of financial options to obtain the best "deal" possible was much appreciated. A good deal is where the customer comes back again to make another. I believe I got a excellent and a fair deal and that both parties came out with an excellent outcome.Great Dealership in Augusta

This is second vehicle I have purchased from them ( first was a used 2003 Silverado). Both times I worked with a sales associate named Gary… Settles. Gary is a true professional and the best I have ever worked with. He works to understand your desires and wishes and to get what you want and not what he wants to sell. No pressure, no BS and works to get his customers a fair deal. He represents his dealership extremely well. His service continues as long as you own your vehicle. He is also their internet sales guy.
