This experience was very pleasing. My sales rep was focused on my needs and wants vs any conventional car salesman who only wants to make a sale for their benefit. I wasn’t pushed into buying anything. My sales rep understood that I made my final decision and not them and they helped me to the vehicle that fit my needs. The whole staff was helpful. My sales reps were Mrs. Sue and Mr. Roscoe. They were both knowledgeable about the product they were selling unlike many well known car dealerships in the same area of town. I highly recommend giving Master Buick gmc a chance for any car or truck that would fit your needs.
