My sales rep, Dale H., and the finance staff took great care of me and treated me… with respect. And it didn't take all day, just a couple of hours from test drive to handing my the keys. He was super sincere and didn't act like a cheesy car salesman. I felt he was genuinely trying to help me get the car I wanted for good monthly… payments. I was having a blast the entire time because the staff was great. Jim the sales manager is really nice as well. Oh and by the way i'm a 19 year old girl who did my car buying process all on my own with my credit. Not once did I feel intimidated or did I feel pressured to do something I didnt want to do. I'm not a shy person though so I don't really expect most girls my age to do that. But if your a single woman looking to buy a car don't worry about having to bring a "guy" in They were totally great! I have sales experience as well, so there was no way I was going to let any one pressure me. Dale H. helped me every step of the way and really made this process exciting. Dale was very patient and knowledgeable, all the while not pressuring me at all, which… I really appreciated considering that this was the first time I have ever bought a new car. Before I decided on a Hyundai Sonata, I went to Orlando Kia, and after literally looking at one car for about 10 minutes, the salesman tried to make a sale, despite the fact that I told him multiple times that I would not be ready to buy for at least another 2 months. I eventually complained to the manager and walked out. The salesman can make or break the car buying experience, and Dale proved that. This is the third car my family has bought from a Holler dealership, and I'm sure it wont be the last. Before I drove my Sonata off the lot, Dale drew my attention to a small imperfection on the rear bumper. H.H. offered to repaint my entire bumper, however, that was not to my satisfaction. Dale understood my frustration, so he searched and eventually found my exact car and arranged for a total replacement! I highly recommend not only Holler Hyundai, but Dale H.Used vehicle purchase

Buying a new car is something that we rarely do and we were not looking forward to the… assignment. However, after many "kick-the-tire" visits to Holler over the years, we informed Fred that we were finally ready to pull the trigger on a purchase. Fred and everyone at the dealership were an absolute pleasure to work with - no pressure, no games - and we were able to get vehicle we wanted, at a price we could afford, in very short order. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this dealership and staff to other prospective buyers. And, for the cynics out there, no one paid us to write this stuff! In June 2012, I started looking at Hollers Genesis… inventory online and had my financing preapproved. Car shopping is the last thing my husband & I wanted to do you have to be in the right mood for it. We went on a Sunday, were greeted by Jim Szlachetka & what an easy, actually pleasant experience it was. He is such a nice man, down-to-earth & makes you feel at ease. I wasnt ready to buy that day & I told Jim when I was ready, Id come back to him. After a couple months of looking at their inventory, emailing Jim questions (which he always responded & was always pleasant), I ended up with a 2012 Santa Fe Limited V6 and LOVE IT. It better suits our lifestyle over the Genesis. There were a couple cosmetic things that needed to be taken care of since it was on the lot for a while, but Chris Terrell (New Car Sales Manager) was really nice, completely accommodating & had everything taken care of. I did my financing through Holler (they beat the credit unions rate), purchased the Extended Warranty & Service Plan. My husband & I will be purchasing another car sometime over the next 2 years and plan on going back to Holler hopefully Jim will still be there but if not Im sure we will have the same great service & friendliness we experienced with the Santa Fe purchase. I didn't feel pressure and maybe that's because I said right away that we were only test driving to narrow down our possibilities, but even afterward he didn't even try to suggest buying… right then. Our salesman Dan Calapa was fantastic. He was not pushy and quite knowledgeable about the Santa Fe, as well as one of our other options (Honda CR-V) we were testing. A few days later we made our decision, but they didn't have the color we wanted. He looked for it and found it quickly. When we went in to purchase, we test drove it again. Then he sat with us as we waited for the finance people to see us. After we were leaving with the vehicle, we had a few questions that only service could answer, but they had gone home for the evening. He promptly emailed me with the answers when he had them. Dan truly made the experience less intimidating and actually enjoyable. If only I could buy cars every week or month. If we get another Hyundai, we will definitely go back to Dan Calapa at Holler Hyundai.Great buying experience

My husband and I were at the dealership about a year or so ago, although we did not… purchase then we definitely remembered his honesty and stellar customer service. When my son decided to purchase a new car, I automatically remembered Quan. After shopping around to other car dealerships, my son was most impressed with Quan. Thank you, Holler, for your "best price first" and your no games, no BS, no pressure sales approach. We bought our 2011 Santa Fe GLS at almost… $5k below sticker. I honestly don't know how they can sell their cars at such low prices. Our salesman Fred was laid back and made sure we spent enough time driving the car to make sure we loved it. No "three right turn" test drives here. Finance office got us an amazing finance rate and did not pressure us into any costly warranties or add-ons. Holler is a breath of fresh air. Integrity, honesty, respect, and value is what you will find at Holler,Great experience

Even though we showed at… closing time, he took the time to show us the vehicle and give us a test drive. The time he spent with us and the amount of special attention he gave was deeply appreciated. I have to add that I was impressed with the quality and exceptional value in our new Hyundai Sonata. I had a Hyundai dealership back in 1986 when the car was first introduced in America. I have to sya that Hyundai has come a long way since that time. The solid feel and comfortable ride rivals my old 2008 Acura TL which I thought was a quality car. Well the Japanese car makers are falling behind when compared to the Hyundai. I have never been so pleased with a purchase in all my lif, and I have purchased in excess of 30 new cars in my lifetime. And that's over 25 vehicle purchases by my family members spanning over 40 years within the Central Florida area. My brother and father could not… stop raving about the customer service and the amazing experience that my brother received when he purchased his brand new Elantra. A month later, I was in the market for a new vehicle and had to stop by Holler Hyundai to see if the service could be reciprocated. And just as my brother described, I felt the sales associates and staff at HH always had my best wishes in mind and were willing to do whatever it took to ensure I was satisfied with my subsequent purchase. In my experience, most dealerships fall short in trying to achieve this by aggressively pushing their motives on to me, the customer. This was not the case at HH. Of note, I feel I must mention the two sales associates that facilitated this amazing experience, Nikki E and Chris P. These two individuals made an everlasting impression upon my family. To be honest, their interaction and customer service were the sole reason my father and I walked into the showroom to look at a new vehicle that day. To be even more honest, Hyundai was not even my first or second choice for a possible new car. I have been loyal to domestic manufacturers ever since my first vehicle purchase in 2006. And with first speaking to Nikki when we arrived, she empathized with me and could appreciate my desire to stay loyal with a domestic manufacturer. Thats the kind of personal interaction that was continued throughout the remainder of the day. Both her and Chris were eager to answer any and all questions that I had and were far from being over aggressive. Throughout the entire experience I felt they were on my side and were going to do whatever it took to get me the best deal on a vehicle that I truly wanted. And sure enough, thats exactly what happened with the purchase of a brand new Sonata. The day ended with Chris thoroughly going over every feature of the car for me and ensured I understood everything. I absolutely love my new vehicle and HH has successfully landed a customer and an entire family for life. So thank you to the HH team, specifically Nikki and Chris for such a wonderful experience! From helping me out with finding the most affordable option to giving me calls after I purchased the vehicle, he has been a great help. He consistently gives me… calls to make sure that I don't have any questions and that to me is an extra step I have not seen too often. I am very satisfied with my purchase and how I have been treated. I would definitely refer this location and Juan to anyone and everyone looking for a new vehicle.
