by dtyndall on 11/18/2014My girlfriend and I came pre-approved through another bank for $10,000 and had the Fiesta on our mind. Vernon immediately helped us out, explaining the way things work at Driver's Mart. He answered all of our concerns and questions… graciously and professionally. We planned on visiting other dealers that day, but because of the service decided to open up a line of credit with Driver's Mart. They offered a very competitive rate, and after test driving a few vehicles, we decided on one. Long story short, we ended up returning the vehicle four days later for another car. The whole process was very smooth, Vernon was again very professional about the whole thing. We test drove several variations of the same car, and picked the one we liked. Between both days, I can't believe how much time he spent with us and we really felt appreciated. We will be back.Mercedes Benz E350 Purchase

We were greeted at the door by Ed D, our designated salesperson. I had seen a car online that a friend of the dealer was… using, so I ended up having to wait a few days before test driving it. Ed kept in touch with me and made sure I was the first one in line to buy it. (There was a lot of interest in it.) Overall, I highly recommend this place.Great service

I drove 6 hours to get there ( from Panama City Beach ) I can honestly say that this was the best shopping experience we have ever had. I have purchased over a dozen… cars in my life and this was by far the smoothest and quickest. No bait and switch, no extra add ons. They simply delivered what they promised. It was well worth the drive and I plan on purchasing again from them one day.Not pleased...
by kabuhayon on 06/22/2014We had a good experience when we bought our car but the service afterwards left much to be desired. We had a "free" oil change just before leaving the country for 4 months. We drove about 50 miles after the oil change and then parked the… car in the garage. Our neighbors promised to look after it. They checked on it within a day of our departure only to find a huge puddle of oil under the car. They had their mobile mechanic come and replace the oil. We complained via email to Driver's Mart but they ignored our complaint. We are quite certain that this caused damage to the car since it uses more oil now than it should.Great prices & customer service

Ed and Jennifer truly worked together as a team to make sure they put my husband in the car we wanted. We had some… challenges due to identity theft and we were turned down by several different car dealers even buy here pay here dealers. But when Jennifer heard my story she had compassion and she went to work and got the deal done. I was Amazed I started crying. When I first saw the car I asked Ed to give me his hand and I prayed and he came into agreement with me. So when I tell you that they really care about you as the person and your needs they do. I couldn't be more happier with my experience with Driver's Mart and the staff from the beginning to the end. I got everything and more that I wanted in the car that I purchased. I truly Thank God for putting Ed and Jennifer in my life on that day. Oh and also to Jasmine who call to followup on my first internet inquiry I made to ask me to come in and test drive the car. Which by the way I had all but given up and started not to go. I have so much more I can say about my great experience with this company it would turn out to be a book (LOL) so I will end it with this. What a wonderful,wonderful company Shawn and Ed Andino
