    I live out of state! I called to purchase a vehicle, emailed my docs waiting for my offer in writing. Several days passed (each day I had to reach out). On the third day, I did my own research to find the vehicle sold--no one updated me and I was paying in CASH! The worst support and service I ever received!
  • Do Not Buy at Sanford Drivers Mart!

    I visited Driver’s Mart at Sanford and when I got to finance and asked the finance representative - Abram some questions he seemed very frustrated, was not welcoming at all and did not provide an explanation to my questions. I had simply asked why there was a difference in the monthly payment from what I had calculated on my end. After asking for a manager several times, Ali (sales manager) comes in and says the same thing as Abram, I don’t know here is my screen and shows me both computer screens. After some back and forth, Abram realized that the first payment was set for 45 days and not 30 which caused the difference in payment. Finally the Ali asked Abram to update the first payment to 30 days which then gave us the same monthly payment that we had calculated on our end. Now that we got that figured out, Abram handed me some papers and asked me to verify my information to which I said, no the address is incorrect. I asked for the address to be changed and then Abram said no it cannot be changed. I said, well it needs to be changed because I just moved and that is my old address. At this point, Abram completely LOST IT! He closed up the iPad, says “No car for you!” and proceeds to yell to get out of his office 3 times. Mind you that my 5 month old son is also in the office. The door was open which meant that everyone at the dealer heard the incident. Abram walks out and Ali – the manager, walks in and asks what had happened. We explained the situation, and he stated that we had been difficult. We were not being difficult, we were just asking questions. Instead of apologizing he said what do you want me to do? Well first, we would like for you to step up and be a manager and apologizing on behalf of Abram and trying to make it right. They not only lost a sale but lost a customer of all the classic and holler dealers. If you want a friendly buying experience that is hassle free, DO NOT go to this dealership!

    I was sold a 2017 Cadillac XT5. After getting the car off the lot, the service engine light popped on. I called. They said they would take care of it. They ordered the wrong part for my car. They tried to take it to a muffler shop, and the muffler shop would not install the muffler that they ordered for my car. This has been going on for over a month. If you are a person that does not have a lot of money stay away from this dealership. You can end up with a car that has an expense that you cannot afford. I keep getting the runaround regarding the fixing of my exhaust system. They have had my car longer than I have and nothing has been fixed, I get a call two weeks later after my car has been in there shop. If they don’t want to fix it, that’s all they have to say.

    I found the vehicle that I was looking for and was treated with respect and kindness. There was no pressure and Carmen was the most authentic sales person that I have met. She made the experience of buying a car pressure-free and fun! I had the vehicle that I purchased thoroughly checked by a mechanic after I purchased it and his comment to me was, "It looks like you got an incredibly good deal." As a single women who was dreading looking to buy a car, I can tell you that I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Driver's Mart. I highly recommend them (and specifically Carmen) to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

    I wondered around the lot looking for a particular suv for 30 minutes finally found it then tried to get some help wanted to test it and buy it but when I opened the door and asked for help I was ignored and looked at like I had 2 heads. Guess selling cars is not important.

    I saw the listing for this 2014 Subaru in Edmunds it had a decent price. Then when I started talking to Sammy and asked about hidden fees i was told oh no, of course not, were a family business when i asked the total price they added almost $1000 dealer fee $400 for a tag so the $12,000 car end up being over 14,000 when I ask about this, I said that’s just the way they do thing and it was in small print on their personal website but not edmunds. I’m 63 years old and I bought many many many cars and if you’re going to add dealers fee for you in there you should at least at least put it in the advertised price because I specifically asked Sam from [HTML removed] if there had hidden fees its too bad, because I liked the car. Sad!

    These people are [non-permissible content removed] . I purchased a Ford Focus which had active recalls on the clutch and electric transmission panel which was absolutely not brought to my attention when purchasing. They boasted the car with having low miles and low on gas. Meanwhile there's several class action lawsuits going on with this car. I had the car since almost the end of September so a little under 6 months. And it's already having transmission issues. When I called them the manager I spoke with was very rude and not sensitive to my issues at all. He just kept saying, "well you bought a used car" or "you bought the car" basically this is my problem now so go away. The car was serviced by ford 7 times prior to when I just brought it in to Ford all were for transmission issues. I'm still making payments on this piece of junk. And they don't care at all. They offered me a %15 discount on repairs, what a joke. Buyer beware. I have 3 kids and this is messing with my lively hood. I feel completely ripped off.

    Ok so where do I start? We all know when looking for a car we go online try to find the best deals, find a dealer that is trustworthy and won’t nickle a dime us right? I took a look at Drivers Mart and it seems to be legit so I was like let me see if I could be pre- approved on the website. I was approved so then I called the dealer to schedule an appointment. Few minutes later, John Citrone “ literally best car salesman in his 70s” contacted me saying to come on in lets work on something to get you driving home today. I got my friend to take me there and when I first walked in I’ve never been inside a dealer that everyone said hello, John coming down smiling, shaking my hand and welcoming me. I’m 19 years old still building my credit so I was worried I won’t be able to get a vehicle, but that never stopped John. Mr. Citrone didn’t pressure me, acted like a person not your “typical salesman” laughed and talked about options about vehicles, told me what I needed and what to not get. With the General Managers help, I was able to go home with a 2015 Hyundai Veloster with 44k miles on it, very clean in & out and was able to drive home. Mel down in service was very knowledable about mechanic work & told me exactly what I needed and to not get. Mel quoted me 4 hours to get oil changes, rotation and other stuff for my car but I had an appointment to go to so he got me rolling out of there 2 1/2 hours later, SUPERB! I will recommend my friends to shop there as they treated me like family, 10 stars all the way👍!

    Aghob injian was very helpful through out the process. In the beginning my wife was a little rude to him, but he kept right on smiling and never waivered from absolute outstanding customer service! Thanks guys! The process was faster than average. The entire staff was courteous and polite. They don't work on commission, so they're not trying to rush you into a loan you can't afford, they really take their time to make sure you have the right car for you! Thank you for a great experience and an even better car!

    Mel takes care of me once again! I took my Yukon in for service a day before heading out of town. It needed some work that I did not expect and would take more time than I had. Mel pieced together the parts and got the work done in half a day less time than he wanted to get me on the road early the following morning. Awesome service!

    We live in Michigan and found the vehicle we wanted to purchase from Driver's Mart, online. Our plan was to fly down and drive it back. Given this complicated scenario, there were a lot of steps involved to make this happen. Our salesperson, Ivanhoe Oramas,and everyone at the Winter Park location was fantastic to work with. They were in constant communication with us throughout the whole process and answered every question we had and more. They went above and beyond in helping us buy a vehicle that we absolutely love and was exactly as represented online. A big thank you to everyone at the Winter Park location! ~Jennifer & Gil

    We Would put a zero if it would allow. THIS DEALER will LIE, or do whatever they have to close the deal. BEWARE they will change numbers last minute on paperwork and try to distract you. DRIVERSMART was a NIGHTMARE for us to buy a NEW car with our own FINANCING. They switched our names on registration so they only had to pay for 2 months but charged us full year, we had just renewed it for a year 2 weeks prior but switching the names saved them a couple hundred dollars, then the finance guy plays dumb like he don't know why? We bought a new car from them and this is how they treat you, LIE, CHEAT ON PAPERWORK, give you 1 smartkey, we had to pay 250.00 for a spare. LESSON LEARNED! NEVER AGAIN! HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE. Their own website would not let you write a review so I can only guess they are not real.

    While I have no doubt the other sellers are great, I was extremely fortunate to have dealt w/ John Citrone. There was an initial miscommunication in the deal and John worked hard to correct things and ultimately make sure I was happy and satisfied w/ the purchase. I myself am in sells and could see how genuine of a person John was!

    We worked with George as our sales associate. He showed us a car that we loved. He was "no pressure" sales kind of guy and was great at answering our questions. We had some credit challenges and George worked with the credit group to get us financed for a car that is fantastic at a great price!

    Recently bought my wife a car from Driversmart. We had a wonderful experience at the dealership with the great sales, finance team! If your ever in the market for a quality vehicle see John Citrone. The entire sales finance team worked miracles and delivered our car to us at half the original payment estimate. Sam got us excellent financing. He continued to keep our interest in mind to get us in a vehicle we loved at a price that would not break our bank account. Jennifer Mantia finalized our paperwork and carefully checked every document to insure we understood every aspect of the purchase/finance agreement. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family!
