    I went looking for a new EV since I drive a lot of miles. I didn't have a good experience at Cadillac with the Lyriq, so I went to Napleton to look at their ZDX. It's a great vehicle. The staff was super friendly and they offered me more for my trade than CarMax!. The ZDX Lease was a terrific deal! I would recommend them for anyone to buy a new car. The GM, Nate, helped me personally and was very friendly and personable.

    Excellent salesperson, Burly. Had just I wanted the way I wanted it and when I wanted. Sales and F&I all very low key. No hard sell. Great customer service including an oil change on the dealership. Will definitely buy again. Highest recommdation.

  • Avoid this place!!!

    Sleazy sales tactics like “losing” my drivers license. I should have just called the police right then and there because now they all play dumb and I had to buy a new license myself. Carfax provided for a used car did not match the vehicle history I found myself. After all of this I thought maybe I could try again and I came to look at another used car for sale. This time I didn’t even give the salesman the stock number and he started telling me the advertised price means nothing and if I want to buy from them I should add $5000 to the cost of anything I find for non-required fees like ceramic coating for $1500. Do yourself a favor and find a more reputable dealer. Good dealers don’t need sales tactics like this.

    I traded my working vehicle for a vehicle that I can not drive/ use. I brought the issue up to my sales guy and have just been given the run around. I am frustrated and embarrassed! All i needed was some ac. In hindsight, I should have just repaired the ac in my WORKING vehicle. I liked my car. Now, I am $7000 in debt with a car I can not use which includes a $399 maintenence fee. When I spoke to the sales rep, he man-splained that the car is fine. Even went as far as to show me how to jump the car if it died on me again. 🤦🏾‍♂️
