We had an amazing experience with Braman, and I cannot recommend them enough! After a painful search and many hours spent at dealerships trying to haggle with unprofessional sales people, Stephon made our shopping experience painless and easy. From the moment I contacted them, every person we spoke to was polite, professional and responsive. The best part was that their dealer fees and pricing were reasonable and in line with industry standards. We surprised my daughter with the car of her dreams thanks to Braman!

Our client advisor was excellent. I found the 435i online while on vacation in Orlando. I reached out online and received a call and email in no time at all with the additional information I had requested. Every little detail I asked about before committing to the 2.5hr drive down to Palm Beach was addressed promptly. Our advisor even replied to text messages after hours to take care of us. The experience at the dealership was even better. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked into the door, even though we were only looking at a used 2016 435i. It was easy to agree on a price and get the paperwork rolling. While there were some delays because of my out of state purchase, it still went quickly. I spent less than 30 minutes with the finance guy which made me happy. Even more importantly they did not push all the additional warranties for every little thing like most other dealers seem to do.

Predatory Loan

Braman BMW, West Palm Beach (Predatory Loan) Recently I bought a 2017 bmw 320i from Braman, did not like the car and wanted to trade it in for a car more suitable to me. Reason for buying the car, had a hit and run accident totaling my 02 bmw m3. These are the figures proving my point. Hopefully someone will read this and prevent this from happening again. 2017 BMW 320i - bought for 22k with 2k down financing 20k Trade in value - 16k, needed to buyout for trade $24k!! 24k + 2k down = 26k - 16k = 10k profit at my expense By definition this is a predatory (upside down) loan. Insult to injury: bmw financing said if they could give me 21k for a trade in if I buy from them, the only problem they don’t have anything on the lot I like. In other words they penalized me $5k for not buying from them! What’s scary is that they will do this to the next guy for another 10k....no respect for the customer, did I mention I’m a senior citizen. I found a car (2017 bmw M240i) I liked at Bmw South Motors for 36k, this is what happened at the trade in. Because Braman required 24k for a vehicle only worth 16k on the trade in I had to pay an additional 9k totaling 45k. South Motors even said that Braman took advantage of me. Talked to Michael at Braman bmw financing, he convinced himself that they did no wrong, figures don’t lie.

Our salesman, Nico Scattino, was exceptional. He helped us find the exact X3 M that we wanted. It didn't take that long to come to terms and start the buying process. Actually, it was the smoothest new vehicle purchase I have done in 40+ years of buying new vehicles. The finance representative was also exceptional and very pleasant to work with. The amount of time to complete the transaction was very quick and professional.

Drove 5 hours to go see my favorite salesman Willie Oth. He goes above and beyond to make your shopping experience memorable. I have been with Braman since 2005 and will not go to any other dealership. I text Willie and tell him what I’m looking for and he has several cars ready when I get there. The lounge area is amazing they actually have food not just coffee and cookies as other dealers. Thank you Willie for providing excellent service.

The BEST car buying experience! My client advisor Daniel Natarelli was amazing along with the entire staff at Braman. Daniel was very patient with me and made the process quick and easy. I'm obsessed with my new BMW X2. I have only had my vehicle for a few days and IâÂÂve been getting compliments on it from complete strangers. I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to give Braman a shot and to ask for Daniel, the service I received was exceptional.

Jon Plewniak was outstanding from start to finish and could not have been more professional. We had no intention of purchasing a car during our holiday trip to West Palm Beach but the deal on our vehicle could not be beaten or even matched by dealers in our area. No surprises at signing. Finance man Alex was also great and did not try to sell us unrccessary and expensive service packages. Will definitely give them a try on our next vehicle, as they were worth the trip!
