onI have bought 5 Cadillac’s from this dealership. With this last car the service department has gotten worse. No MPVI’s done. Rep will say done but I catch it every time before I leave. Tire pressure, fluids, if these are being missed I’m sure nothing else was done. A part for my car was ordered, it came in June 5th. I know because I called and talked to the parts department. I heard from no one. I was leaving messages, even the Service Manager, because I was suppose to get a few things done to my car. No one called me back. I talked to Beverly and she set me up for service so I could at least get the part installed. June 19th. I am just so disappointed with Autonation. It’s a real shame.
