    I have been dealing with the team, managed by John D, at Autonation Cadillac in West Palm Beach for 5+ years, they have always gone above and beyond for me not only with the sales department but with the service department as well. They run a top notch dealership & wouldn’t go anywhere else.

    At first it was very hard getting through to speak with someone one of the service gentleman call me back and left the same number that I was calling a couple of times and getting the same response. My car was towed in overnight on a Friday evening, So the safety for my car what’s outstanding but the communication was not so good, but I took it upon myself and came to the service area at AutoNation and showed them my warranty on the car because when I did speak to someone They could not pull it up in the system, but all in all the service was great. My car came back running in good condition I hope because I just drove it home it is cleaned and it’s washed and I think you guys very much and Mr. Wilson was my service advisor. He is great.

    Turning on the car became more difficult.Numerous messages came on such as "Driver assist systems disabled".I brought the car to Autonation Cadillac and they diagnosed as a dead cell in the battery.Battery was replaced and I have no issues anymore. Brad was the service advisor and Robert Lanier the service manager.They are always extremely helpful.

    Had a great experience with Arturo. I had found a car that I was very interested in and started to communicate with Arturo, unfortunately the car sold early the next morning. I started to look at other cars online most at different dealerships, but Arturo sent me different options instead of giving up when the car I called about sold. He found me a great car and made the entire quick and easy. Great follow-up, great dealership experience
