by John on 08/01/2021I’m not sure if I can honestly answer this question. I was told that it would only take 45 min to an hour for my radio/screen to be installed. Four hours or more later, I received my truck back and the drove off only to bring it back… because the navigation did not work. When I brought it back the service rep JJ, rood it back and returned later and said that my NAV disk was expired. I asked him since you have it for so long why didn’t they check the radio to ensure that everything worked properly. He told me since the radio was not purchased from them that the check was not done??? That didn’t make since to me because that was a missed opportunity to ensure that I did get the Nav disk that I needed and to also continue a good working relationship with the dealership. Instead I spent another hour there in the parts service area trying to locate the part I needed. This could have and should have been done.John, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us. That was a lie, they charge me more than 3 thousand dollars for a extended warranty that I did not ask for. Buyers ,don`t trust them read and read again before… you sign any document.,. I will consult a lawyer because I just purchased this car yesterday 07/27/2021. I feel real bad, I`m a 80 years old man and they rip me off because I trusted them.Jorge, we are sincerely sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. He actually to my surprise got me into a vehicle I love. Felt great to drive away with no regrets about my purchase.… His follow up has been great too. He’s checked in to see if I have questions etc. Very much appreciate his patience & helping me get my Cadillac. The finance guy was awesome too. So friendly, informative, and efficient. The entire experience was easy & pleasant. I never felt pressured. And it was great doing business with people that care. Even if he wouldn’t have been able to get me into my vehicle, I would’ve still appreciated he listened and cared about my preferences and deal breakers.
