    The service at Ed Morse can not be beat! Best service I have ever had at any Dealership. I do not like car problems But Windy Makes our problems a fast solution and makes sure we are completely taken care of in a fast way. We have bought 3 new cars at Ed Morse and service has a Huge Part in why we stay At Wd Morse. And We have Been Give good prices every trade.

    OnStar contacted my email and phone to inform me I had a flat tire and to not drive it. Fortunately the car was in my garage. Cadillac Road Service arraigned for a flat bed and the car was taken to Ed Morse overnight. I received a call the next morning that the tire was repaired and they would send someone to pick me up. When I returned to the dealership my car was ready to go and all it cost was $25.00.

  • Excellence in spite of obstacles

    My car seemed sluggish, so I made a service appointment. On the way there, the car shook so badly, I wasn't sure I would get there. From the moment I arrived, the team worked on assessing the problem. Max Carter was the service rep and did an outstanding job. Frozen calipers, needing new pads, rotors being turned and brake lines being flushed were the problems. I had hoped to finish that day, even though it was a mid day appointment. Max was concerned about the time, but expedited parts delivery and asked a top mechanic to stay late if necessary. They were able to finish that evening and I was at ease driving home.

    Max was very efficient in resolving the problem with overnighting a part required to repair my 2018 CT6 as I was scheduled to go out of the state within 4 days. His professionalism made me a very satisfied customer as I was able to travel with my new vehicle. Job well done!!!

    I’m totally sold on Ed Morse Cadillac. Every aspect of the experience is outstanding. Service with Wendy Goode and Carlos Martinez is superb,sales is made easy especially when you deal with Eddie Trujillo; the best salesman I’ve dealt with in a long time. Something is right, over the last 13 years I just purchased my 7th Cadillac.

    I brought my car in for a/c repair on a Tuesday but needed my car back by Wednesday evening. Was told they would do the best they could but it was an intricate repair. I received a phone call Wednesday at 3:00 saying my car was ready. The technician had worked through his lunch to make sure my car was ready.
