    was very pleased with the service. arrived at the dealership around 7:30am explained the problem and this was my first brand new car and not sure what the procedure was. "not a problem, take this over get a loner car and we will call you later today when we are done" just exactly what you want to hear. really like the attitude and service provided.

    This is my third new Ford from Brandon Ford. I have always received the best customer service and the best deals in the USA when purchasing. I will not buy from any other dealer! No lies, no misrepresentations, no pressure; just honest, caring help from the sales manager, the salesperson, and the finance manager.

    I experienced above and beyond the Call of Duty service. Mike was awesome. Was able to get my car back to me same day even though I came in without an appointment. He lived up to everything he said he would attempt to do and then some.

    This is our fourth vehicle purchased at Brandon Ford so we're very familiar with the process. Working with Ricardo Liburd is fantastic. We called him about an F-150 and scheduled a time to meet. We completed an application online and when we got there he had everything ready to go. We had another fantastic buying experience and we definitely recommend you ask for Ricardo when buying at Brandon Ford.

    It was a fluid no pressure sale. Mike love did a tremendous job. I wish that I could have received a higher trade in price. But the payment and terms of my purchase worked perfectly without any hidden costs. Our finance man was straight foreword and the paperwork was fast. Mr love was very knowledgeable,polite and getting this car was an easy experience

    We had great service and would hoghly recommend your dealership. We came from New Port Richey to buy a car. We did not like the service or salesmen in our area and almost bought a Hyundai. I talked with our salesman onmthe phone first, he was very friendly and polite so we decided to take the ride and head to your dealership. We had excellent service from our salesman as well as the business office. There were plenty of options tochoose from. When we got to,the dealership our salesman was busy but we were approached by at least three salesmen who tried to nicely help us and told us that our serviceman was a little busy and would be with us shortly. We sat outside and waited, was no problem. Again, Steven was a very polite amd efficient salesman. Highly recommend your dealership amd Steven.

    We got a good car at a good price. Craig Smith was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. This is our fourth Ford and we are happy with our choice.

    This was my first purchase of a Ford vehicle. I was looking for a replacement for my 2013 Chevy Silverado pick up truck and was about to purchase a new Dodge. Thankfully I visited Brandon ford. In a short period of time I had picked a new Ford F-150. Everyone there was outstanding and I feel I got a great deal.

    Had a battery issue with my 2015 Mustang. Called for a Saturday appointment, but was told that they were all full and I would have to just walk in. Arrived around 8:10 and battery was replaced and I was "out the door" by a little after 9:00! Great job!

    I picked out the truck I wanted online and it was ready for me ghetto moment I drove into the lot. The service was incredible, there was no hard sales pitch, and a straight forward negotiation, and I got the best price in town!

    Outstanding service. The service department beginning with the scheduling section all the way to the mechanic that worked on the vehicle was excellent. Friendly personnel that show they care about their costumers wellbeing and satisfaction. Manager kept me informed at all the time of any issues and how his team could fix it.

    We wanted to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the services provided during our visit to the Ford dealership in Brandon , FL on Saturday 29th 2016. The sales representative Joe Perkins illustrated a extremely professional demeanor whie we was on grounds looking for a new vehicle. We was greeted by your sales consultant Joe Perkins who made us feel comfortable within the lot while browsing your vehicle inventory. He was very informative while listening to our questions and answered questions while we was inquisitive on the differences between the new or used prices of the Ford trucks. Its hard to find a sales consultant that genuinely show concern while shopping for a new car. Majority. Of the dealerships just trys to up sell the inventory on the lot. But I'm pleased to say that Joe Perkins delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. We would love to continue our future business with your facility for years ahead Thank you Mark & Joye Letendre

    Was greeted with a friendly smile from the service representive. Handled my car problems with ease, called with update to say that my car was ready well within the time I had expected. When i went to the service department check out they were friendly, pleasant and had my car ready within minutes for me to drive away. My overall experience exceeded my expectations and I would definitely buy another automobile from Brandon ford. Great job.

    Typically when you have an oil change done the tire pressure is checked. I had an oil change on a Thursday and the preceding Wednesday the low tire pressure light came on. All the tires had low pressure! A bit disappointing as the vehicle had just been in to be serviced.

    Tyler was my service manager and I found him and the team simply awesome. Work was performed well, in a short amount of time, with great care, and attention to detail. Vehicle was returned clean, with no oily marks, and ready to go. Tyler's disposition and customer service stills marked him as a true professional. Great job!! This is exactly why we are a Ford family, because each visit to the dealership is such an enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work.
