Engine Miss Resolved
by rob223 on 08/15/2012updated 08/03/2025As usual, Capital Eurocars Mercedes Service Department and Tony Taylor and Russ in particular, got me C240 back in top shape after I noticed a notable engine miss that turned out to be a faulty fuel injector. Tony and Russ took the time to… carefully, and cost effectively determine the problem with my engine and got the car repaired and back on the road in the shortest time possible. I am well satisfied with my C240 purchase and maintenance/service performed by Capital Eurocars...I will be doing a lot of business with Tony in the future. Rob 223Engine Misfire

My service advisor Tony T. also had a few ideas and together they developed a… comprehensive plan to resolve the misfire issue. To make a long story short, they correctly diagnosed an internal engine problem which could not be verified until the actual service was completed. I trusted their experience and reasoning. I've got my car back and its running like a champion. Thanks guys, you keep my car running like new and thanks Capitol Euro for your support.Thank you for sharing this review with us. He told me to bring the car and he would personally take care of it for me. I was in and out within 15… minutes!! I was so impressed, that I was speechless!! He personally changed the headlight bulb for me! I cannot express how grateful I am for the job he performed today! He really went above and beyond for the customer today and I will never forget it!! He is knowledgeable about the cars with which he is dealing and if he doesn't know the answer he has always been willing to… find the answer for me and my wife. They didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear,but told the truth about all aspects of ordering a new… ML350.They didn't try to reel me into buying my first Mercedes with a bunch of slick sales talk,but stuck to the facts and were all business. They are very knowledgeable about the Mercedes brand and would definately recommend them. Time will tell about the service department,but expect it will be fine.Very Pleased with my sales experience
