Great buying experience

Claude Rabbath was my sales representative and he was outstanding in every component of sales. This includes technical knowledge of his product as well as guiding me through the ins and outs of Mercedes promotional opportunities. The sales negotiation was smooth and I am most satisfied with both the vehicle I purchased Mercedes EQS450+ as well as the terms negotiated. There were NONE of the typical auto sales techniques that aggravate buyers no end. I cannot emphasize that enough. I would recommend both the car, the dealership and most importantly Claude to anyone in the area interested in a Mercedes Benz.

    Tony Taylor in Mercedes Service does his very best to ensure you are completely satisfied with the service work and quality parts provided. They have been servicing my 1999 Mercedes ML430 now for over a decade and 147,000 miles. A top notch dealer is one directed by Joe Gruen and his superior service staff...capable of not only resolving any issues with your vehicle. Courteous care, concern for your driving safety and undeniable ownership satisfaction is what continues to bring me (and my Mercedes) back to them each time.     Parke Stafford is my service rep and he provided excellent service. My vehicle was having a very unusual issue with the heater and it was in and out several times. It took several people, including me with copious notes, to rectify the problem. I was provided with a loaner vehicle so my inconvenience was limited. My opinion on this company has changed dramatically to the positive.

    I can't say enough good things about Tony Taylor and the service department. If the service advisers at other dealerships were as good, it would make my car buying decision a lot tougher. As it stands now, I will be a loyal MB customer for a long time!

    My salesperson was Claude Rabbath. He was absolutely wonderful. Took his time. We took the car on a extended test drive and he told me about the car, himself and the dealership. I have been looking for a long time for a salesperson like him. He kept me up to date on the whole process. I can tell that he is very successful at his job. He seems to truly enjoy it. Mandy Barnard was also outstanding. She gave me my options and got me a great interest rate. Truly the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

    Andrew Brew is a great sales person that helped us with find the right car, so he get the 5 stars. I had a bad experience at the delivery with the management as the car had a bad body work that it was not reported in carfax. Management agred to fix it after a rough discussion. No serious discounts gave during the deal they just inflated the fees and then adjusted to the real numbers to show a discount. Great certified car.

    Parke Stafford was my service rep at Cap Euro Cars and he was both informative and generally knowledgeable about my car and its needs. Service was excellent and he is a nice person. Will be looking for him to help me in the future should I have any problems with my car.
  • Check Engine Light - Again

    Tony Taylor responded to my call upon check engine light illumination in my 2015 GLK 350 and set me up for service asap. A quick check found that additional service was needed. Tony ordered the part and scheduled repair the next business day. The service was completed quickly and the check engine light off. This has been a recurring issue with this GLK and Tony has been great each time it has occurred. My thanks to Tony and the Capital Eurocars Service department.

    Anthony Taylor is amazing!! He made sure we understood everything that would be done and how. He stayed in communication with us and could have charged us for a service that we would have considered fair. However, he said it wasn't yet needed and he didn't feel comfortable performing a service that wasn't yet needed. We appreciate the level of service and communication we receive from him. We feel very comfortable with him as our service provider.

    I was almost 500 miles away from home and needed emergency service due to nail in tire. Ian Wyre was my service advisor and I can't say enough positive things about his customer focused attitude. I was able to get back on the road in a reasonable time and extremely happy with the price and service!

    Tony Taylor has been my service advisor for the past two years. He is polite, professional, and above all else he communicates well. I know what the work will cost before it is done and it is explained in detail. My warranty has expired and Capital Mercedes has never taken advantage of that when repairs have been necessary.

    Some people avoid getting service at a dealership due to the perceived higher cost. I found early on that it SAVED me $$ when repair shops diagnosed problems incorrectly and it cost me more money over a team that totally knows my car! Tony Taylor is my primary service provider and is always friendly, prompt, and eager to put me first as a customer. There have been times when Tony is unavailable and Park steps in and my experience has been seamless. I totally trust this dealership with my car and my wallet!

    Anthony Taylor is our service rep at Capital Eurocars - Mercedes Benz. He was very thorough in assessing the problem and helping the mechanics zero in on the problem. Our car was repaired and nicely cleaned-up for my pick-up.. They were also kind enough to provide shuttle service to and from my home. I would definitely go back.

    Took the R Class to Capitol Eurocars for a check engine light. Parke took me without an appointment, on a Monday, got the problem diagnosed and repaired when promised and provided a loaner car to boot. Parke kept me informed and delivered great service!

    I have been a client for quite a while and I thing that the service is as close to perfect as it can get. I was told up front what to expect. I was given a estimate that Tony reviewed with me, then it was completed when he told me it would be. I am 2 hours from the dealership and would never go to anyone else to service me MB.
