Bad diagnostic

The diagnostic was wrong that they gave me on my vehicle, they wanted me to spend over $1000.00 but once I got home and Google the problem I was able to do it myself. My wife paid $200.00 for diagnostic I think we should get our money back.

Beware - Misleading - Read carefully

When buying the extended warranty on a used vehicle make sure not to listen to the person trying to sell it to you. And read the contract very carefully. They are misleading. They tell you you are buying 60 months 60,000 miles but don't tell you that is from zero miles and what they call the in service date which is the year it was built. So in my case I wasn't buying 5 years I only got 2. I have bought cars from other dealers and it is always from the day you buy the car.

My salesman was Jay Moore and he was great. He made sure all my questions was answered and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I am very pleased and this was my best car buying experience. Tracy Van Lieur was the financial person I worked with and she was great also and made sure I understood my contract and answered all my questions. Great Client Advisor!

I received the opportunity to work with a great client advisor, who provided an awesome experience, along with superior customer service. My client advisor--Tracy W, showed me large number of cars and SUVs that I thought I was interested in viewing. I told him, I wanted a SUV and he was very honest and asked, "so why are we looking at cars." When it comes to car buying, it takes me a little more time to make a decision and Tracy was very patient and understanding and served as a great advisor in regards to getting me into the vehicle I wanted!!! When I hoped into this one particular vehicle, I was smiling from ear to ear! And he stated, "This vehicle is you!" Today, I am driving in a 2014 Buick Encore SUV and I love it!!!

My car had recently fell out on me and I was in dire need of a new vehicle. I came to look at used cars because I knew I could not afford a new one. I was met by Matt who worked very, very hard on finding me the perfect car in my price range! He was extremely professional and I could tell he genuinely cared about me getting in the right car. AMAZING PLACE!!!! Had the best car experice I have literally every had!!! I Dealt with Megan and she is by far the best sales person i have ever worked with. And I have been buying cars for 35+ years! She was very friendly and so was her staff Jennifer and Hayley at the front desk were so helpful when I had and question and Megan wasn't around. Came in to look at used cars and was immediately welcomed by a young man in a golf cart named Jay. He was very friendly and offered me and my son something to drink and some popcorn. He introduced us to West our salesman. After talking with West he grabbed a couple of keys and we went and looked at some cars. They made the whole experience so pleasant! I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know who is looking to get a new car.
