I've been car shopping for a long time and usually when I walk up to a dealership, no one takes me seriously, being a woman in my twenties. I can honestly say that Dale Earnhardt Jr. GMC was my best experience so far. I worked with Gene M, and he was beyond wonderful. He actually listened to what I was looking for instead of trying to push the most expensive car down my throat. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new car in Tallahassee!

A dealership worth visiting

I came in for a regular service and to get the door handle on the drivers side fixed. All was completed. When I was cashing out I remembered that the right rear tail light plastic had to be replaced. The service advisor walked me over to the parts dept. and we ordered said part. I had called several auto parts stores to locate this part and was unable to find the exact part I needed and the part they were offering was expensive. It was nice to find that I could get the part from your parts department at a reasonable cost. I am very pleased with your dealership as a whole. I will continue to use your service dept. for everything from an oil change to extensive repairs. I will also buy my next vehicle from you when I am ready. Thanks Ron Marcus
