My entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. I have driven Fords much of my life, have been to many different dealerships in MA and FL, and I can easily say dealing with Matthew and the entire team at Sarasota Ford was first… class!
When is comes time to trade, down the road, I will be going back to Sarasota Ford to see Matthew.

The best experience I have ever had buying a car!

He was so kind and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I have to say I have never felt so welcomed at a dealer… like this before! Everyone says hi how are you and can I help, are you being helped, can I get you anything. It took us a while to buy a car ( it was our gilt cause we just couldn’t decide with so many choices.) but the time flew by cause it was so relaxing.Sarasota Ford

The experience was pleasant from the moment I arrived at Sarasota Ford and was… greeted by Ralph Ramirez. He was professional and patient through the entire purchasing process. I also worked with very nice guy in the finance department who took his time explaining everything to me (I never made it that far with ANY of the other dealerships). Our intention had been to explore options for a new lease at that dealership and spend about a week exploring other possibilities at… additional dealerships. After turning in my keys, we were introduced to Ted Mitchell who accompanied us to the lot to look at my options. Although this was supposed to be just the beginning of our journey, Ted was so amicable and helpful, that we decided to begin and end our journey right there with a brand new Ford Edge. And, we didn't just lease, we bought it - thank you Ted for making it all so easy!!!Fleet sales are top notch
