Matthew Smith at Sarasota Ford was amazing to work with. He was patient and attentive to our needs. We were all over the place at first with the direction we wanted to go in regard to purchasing an additional car for our family as we added… a new driver to our household. Matthew provided perfect guidance as we worked towards determining the best investment. There is no one else we would trust with our car purchases than Matthew!

It is astounding to me that every single aspect of your dealership is five star starting with… your amazing sales representative, LEE NEWMAN. Not only is the dealership beautifully updated, offering awesome conveniences while you wait, but again the Sales Person, LEE NEWMAN, was absolutely top-notch ! My husband and I will be sure to spread the word about how Sarasota Ford goes above and beyond and never at any time makes you feel pressured to buy a car. Lee is thoughtful, thorough, knows his product through and through, and is incredibly professional yet super easy to talk with. Sarasota Ford and their sales rep LEE NEWMAN is our life time "go to" person for our vehicles! Sarasota Ford also has an incredibly efficient Oil Change and repair shop. Nothing but kudos to you SRQ Ford!Best Dealership in town!

Everyone was courteous and professional, very welcoming, and the facility itself was one of the most modern I've ever seen. The product specialist who sold me my vehicle, Steve… Oliver, was fantastic...knowledgeable, helpful, straight-shooter, and most of all - genuine. He listened to what I wanted and never pushed me or "oversold" me on anything. He even stayed almost two hours past his time to make sure I was taken care of till I drove off the lot.
