Oil change and regular maintenance

The place is clean,with lots of comfortable seating, a tv that was on, wifi, coffee and cold drinks. The staff was friendly and… very helpful. Battery Replacement Experience

I needed my battery replaced, did my due diligence, and arrived at the conclusion that AutoNation Acura North Orlando was the best place to have it done. Upon arriving, Chris was so helpful… and courteous. Marcos was my service advisor. He kept me updated on the status of service while in waiting area and ensured that what was quoted to me was honored. He was the only one working that Saturday and answered all of my questions with patience. As I was leaving I pulled away and stopped for a moment. Chris walked over to ensure everything was ok and that I was pleased with the service. Best Car Purchase Ever!

Jeffery Morton is amazing and has always taken very good care of my car and provided the absolute best customer service. Last month I took my 2020 RDX in for… regular service but I really wanted to upgrade to the 2023 for the benefit of newer/more features so Jeffrey introduced me to the salesman, Fettah Yaaqoubi. I explained to him that this was a want and not a need. He was very detailed when answering my questions and informing me about the 2023 vehicle I was looking at. He listened to all of what I wanted and then he made the deal happen for me. I felt it was an honest and fair deal to both the dealership and myself. Lastly the Finance Manager, Tom Fabianski handled the paperwork for the trade in of my vehicle/sale of the new 2023 RDX. I had explained to them that I needed to leave the dealership by a certain time to get my son to his Dojo on time. Tom made sure to fully explain each part of the paperwork and at the same time he didn't waste any time moving through all the documents that needed to be covered. I can't say enough good about my experience last month. I bought my car from start to finish in 3 hours which included the test drive. Jeffrey, Fettah and Tom were absolutely amazing.Hello, it means so much to us that you chose our dealership! We always strive to provide personable and excellent customer service.
