My sales person, Michael Ferretti, was very knowledgeable with all the current technology and helped me setup / link my phone and… settings ... a plus for those of us who are not techies! In addition to being friendly, engaging and courteous, he gave me the time and space to review my options when I first contacted the dealership - excellent follow up! Once I made my decision, the price on the vehicle was fair and on target, purchase process was a breeze. All staff members we encountered were friendly and you could sense the spirit of being part of a team, an element that I value in a company when it deals with the public and provides service. Getting over my Jeep Thing
by Uncle David on 04/23/2020I've been a Jeep guy for more than 30 years. My last four vehicles have been Grand Cherokees. But the cost and carbon footprint of a large vehicle just didn't make sense any more. I went looking for a replacement with twice the fuel… mileage, capacity to pull a 1500 lbs trailer, room for lots of gear, and a comfortable ride for 5 adults. The Ford Escape Hybrid 2020 provided all of my must-haves, a lot of sure-would-nice, and a boat load of bells and whistles. It didn't take long to discover that Al Packer Ford West had the best selection and the best prices in South Florida. One click on their website and the next day sales associate Nobel Adili called and started to answer my questions. Nobel brought my chosen vehicle to my driveway for a test drive and took my trade-in back to the dealership for appraisal. A few phone calls later we had a deal. After the first 150 miles here are the Pros: great forward and side visibility, 44.5 MPG in the city, on short trips the energy recovered on braking and excess engine horsepower is stored in the main battery so the combined range (gas miles plus electric miles) is slightly larger after the trip than before, the driving controls and the infotainment system are very intuitive and easy to pick up. The Cons: no spare tire (I plan to add a compact spare), the vista moon roof precludes adding crossbars to the roof rack (I haven't given up on that yet).Congratulations on your new vehicle, David! We are so appreciative of your business, and we are thrilled that Nobel could get you into a vehicle that you love! It is wonderful to know that you have been enjoying your new ride. by toughguy on 06/26/2019since the first day my son bought his first car at Al packer ford west i liked the place and the people who worked there, my son was very happy with the deal they had offered him, then my son leased his second car from AL packer three years… ago he was happy with them again......then a month ago when my sons lease was up i liked the car a 2016 ford edge. i bought the car from them since i new the previous owner, lol, i dealt with Glenn Dunn, and he spoke to me and said "quote: ill get you out of here in 30 minutes. i arrived at 6:30 pm and i was out of there with the keys and all my questions answered and the paperwork in less than 30 minutes !!!!! thank you Glenn Dunn for making my first car buying experience a awesome one !!Congratulations on a successful first car-buying experience! I put in my request online and communicated by text with Marinda and scheduled a test drive within the hour. Nobel Adili was my salesman and he quickly accomodated… getting my vehicle moved from their WPB location andready for a test drive. Credit approval through Ford Credit was painless. They were flexible on their offer for my trade in and closed the deal quickly and I was on my way home in my New 2018 Mustang GT with 10 spd, automatic. by rbrown6 on 10/11/2018My sales team, Noble and Don Patel accurately took my order and placed it with the factory. They were attentive to all of my needs. My estimated delivery was September the third. The order was placed on May the 10th. The delivery date was… acceptable because I needed the vehicle for a specific purpose on a specific date at the end of September. My complaint is with the Ford factory and the order process. Why did it take 4 and 1/2 months to deliver an already sold vehicle? Why were dealer stock vehicles built first? My build date was September the 10th.From an order placed May the 10th. I took delivery on September the 28th. The dealer made some phone calls or the delivery would have slipped further.
