My sales team, Noble and Don Patel accurately took my order and placed it with the factory. They were attentive to all of my needs. My estimated delivery was September the third. The order was placed on May the 10th. The delivery date was acceptable because I needed the vehicle for a specific purpose on a specific date at the end of September. My complaint is with the Ford factory and the order process. Why did it take 4 and 1/2 months to deliver an already sold vehicle? Why were dealer stock vehicles built first? My build date was September the 10th.From an order placed May the 10th. I took delivery on September the 28th. The dealer made some phone calls or the delivery would have slipped further.
