by ORHJR#! on 11/06/2023Took my car for my 11am appt for a simple oil and filter change, I was promised it would take 1.5hrs., Instead due to circumstances out of my SA control the service took over 3.5hrs., (11am to 2:30pm). The original price for an oil change… would be okay, if it wasn't for the outrages add ons like shop material which I find ridiculous and is pure extra profit of the dealership. Windshield wipers at the dealers cost $120 plus shop material, when you can buy them on Amazon for $22.00.Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. by Krissy10 on 10/16/2023Finally stepped up and got job done right had SOS light on my dash for about 6 months took in my Battery and alternator replaced did not fix issue light came back on then after 2 months the battery light came on took in did what they called… a hard reboot? Yeah no sigh of any dash lights very happy although it gas only been 4 days holding out hope that this did the trick!Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
