Took my car for my 11am appt for a simple oil and filter change, I was promised it would take 1.5hrs., Instead due to circumstances out of my SA control the service took over 3.5hrs., (11am to 2:30pm). The original price for an oil change would be okay, if it wasn't for the outrages add ons like shop material which I find ridiculous and is pure extra profit of the dealership. Windshield wipers at the dealers cost $120 plus shop material, when you can buy them on Amazon for $22.00.
