Third times a charm

These 2 virtues should not just apply to employees; especially as we try and move forward in the chaos of covid, but customers as well. Yep covid has managed to cause major shortages in… staffing and huge backlogs in everything from parts to pools. After almost a year and 2 unsuccessful appts trying to get 2 recalls taken care my third attempt connected me with Chris. Explained I was taking a long road trip in 2 weeks and not only overdue for 20,000 mile check but really hoping to get recalls finally done. Chris checked recall parts. Said none there but he would order and call me most likely in 5 days and we could schedule all. True to his word I got a text following week that my parts were in and what day would be good. Minutes after I responded I got both a confirmation text and email stating that both recall work and 20,000 mile maintenance were scheduled. Chris greeted me the day of service, asked if there were other issues that needed looking into and said he’d call when all was done. This time on my way home there was no modified appointment text but a contact text from Chris letting me know how I could reach him during the day if I had questions. Third time was a charm named Chris with customer service courtesy amidst the calamity of covid. Thank youThank you for your kind words for our staff, we appreciate it! Last minute decision!

I called World Ford and the lady was so nice and scheduled me in that day! I was taken care of immediately taken care of by Blake and my… car was done 30 minutes before I was promised!Thank you for your kind words for our staff, we appreciate it! When I came to pick up the truck my service advisor was with another customer but another service advisor… approached me and got me out with my vehicle ASAP.Thank you for your kind words for our staff, we appreciate it! Airbag
by R P Scott on 09/09/2021In leaving the car I stood awhile before being helped. I was also told the items I needed to get done may not get completed due to a backlog. Car was completed quickly Airbag was replaced. A compartment on my dash was replaced. The time… charged for the compartment replacement seemed excessive. Does the dashboard come off when replacing the airbag. So if it does it's already off to replace compartmentThank you for your kind words for our staff, we appreciate it! Didn’t fill windshield fluid!

First time it was done right with no damage
by My maintenance contract on 09/07/2021The past four times my car was taken here for service I only took it there because I was under contract which ran out before I even had my car paid off so that was misleading there was grease on my car damage on the door they had to repaint… but didn’t want to give me a rental car took a week and a half didn’t fill up any of the fluids so stuck in Houston in a gnat storm having to get out at 2 o’clock in the morning to find water in a city I didn’t know that was dangerous I could go on and on about the serviceThank you for your feedback, we will share it with our team.

Waiting forever to not get the issue 100% fixed
by RU on 09/03/2021I took my truck in memorial weekend because the touch screen was no longer responding to touch. They had it for 3 days and only diagnosed the issue that it needed a new touch screen. I told them to order the part. Here we are, Labor Day… weekend. The only correspondence I had with service was because I initiated it. They finally got the screen in and I brought it in. The needed the truck for 2 days. I had to rent a car because they do not do loaner vehicles. I get my truck and the screen is working now, except now the Bluetooth stereo will not play music. It hooks up to my phone and I can receive calls but music will not play from my phone. Mind you it work in every other vehicle I’ve been in. I was told they need to diagnose the issue and need to schedule another appointment to do that. At this point I’ve spent over $1000 dollars to get the issue fixed. Needless to say, I’m a little aggravated.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize for the issues you have experienced in service. Safe servicing

Poor communication
by David Creahan on 09/03/2021Had my truck in for minor collision damage. Service took 4 weeks even when I supplied an insurance estimate and was informed parts were otdered and in. My service advisor was changed half way in. I was promised multiple times ot would be… ready but delayed. Finally told to pick it up at 5 on 9/2 but it wasn't. Tried to complain to general manager, but he wasn't available and didn't answer my phone message.Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
