I was very impressed with everyone we interacted with. Juliana was a great salesperson. She listened to what I wanted, provided options and was very patient throughout the process and very responsive over text and via phone when I had questions.

    The service department met and exceeded my expectations yesterday. My 2015 Honda Pilot needed rear brake work and transmission service. The service rep Ericka was personable and knowledgeable and greeted me and kept me updated as the work progressed. The waiting area was welcoming and comfortable. The work on my car was performed in a timely and thorough manner. The price for repairs was reasonable and explained to me. My experience at the Pensacola Honda service department was great. No complaints from this satisfied customer!

  • Worst sales experience ever!

    I inquired about one car online and was called everyday for 2 weeks. Finally I found a car, scheduled a test drive, arrived at lot to find she is just a phone sales person and no one was knew we were coming so we started from the beginning with a salesperson in the lot. The phone lady gave us a price that was $500. Cheaper, lot person said they honor that. After test drive she pulls folder in car showing its worth $1850. LESS than sale price. So we went home to research. Next day phone lady called, I told her I wanted to pay cash for the car but it is just a little higher than what I can pay so I want to finance the minimum which is $5000 and then I will pay cash for everything over. I explained I have a $440. Car payment now, I really don't want another payment, because in 2 years that one will be paid and we will another new then. So she runs our credit then calls and says the bank won't finance any car over 100,000 miles but your approved for a newer car than what you were looking at. I told her that is exactly what I DID NOT want to do. Also if she knew the banks don't finance cars with mileage so high then why did she run our credit. She said to sell us a newer car. So I asked how much exactly I needed to pay cash she told me, I got a personal loan at bank, called made appt. to buy car. I was very excited. We get there at 2pm our salesperson tells front desk she's busy give us to new guy. I show him Cargurus, Kelly blue book, and Nada value on car all saying it is at least $1850. OVERPRICED and how phone sales lady had the $500. Discount before we even test drove, then had said taking off another $1000 would was approved by her manager. He looks all in computer can't find ANY notes on me, (I talked to this lady easily over 30 times) so he asks mgr about discount he says NO DISCOUNT. After going back and forth and waiting 2 hours and even pulling their own paperwork out car stating value, I said fine just let me have the original agreed upon $500. Less price. The sales takes the paperwork with the price that was agreed to and takes it to sales mgr. He then comes out and tells us he is THE MANAGER and the price of the is what is written on the window and he is "Not taking one penny lower". I told him about the sales lady telling me the prices and discounts. He said it's your word against hers, I said no everyone of those calls say there recorded I can give you the exact time and day and you can go listen. He said it doesn't matter what the sales people say. I said don't you have to honor their agreements? He said "NO he is the final say, and I am not getting one red cent off the price." Then he circled the full amount at the top of the form that already had the discounts below it and hit his pen on the paper and said if you don't like it don't buy it and walked off. I was in shock! I am a 50 yr old widow and my mom was with me. The new sales guy said he was going to give us a minute because I was crying and we were both visibly upset, and went and printed all new paperwork. When he came back he said they don't make money from cash sales, they get kick backs from banks for financing. I said well why do you have those cars then, he said it is to get people on the lot then talk them into newer cars. They don't actually want to sell those cars. After everything was finished and the original sales person showed saying how she wasted the last 3 hours on someone who couldn't even get financed. She said she took my car and put gas in it. When I finally left the lot at 7:40pm I had less then 1/4 tank of gas, she they took it the back and cleaned it, the car had dirty water swirls on Windows inside and out so I couldn't hardly see when I left, and a big round spray circle of something on the dash, where it looks like some one reached in did one spray of armor all and left it, nothing wiped at all. But the big kicker is leaving the lot, AT NIGHT, only to find one of the head lights are out! AND they knew because the cap to the back of light box was not on all the way and EMPTY replacement bulb PACKAGE was in car. They said they did an oil change but there is no sticker in car so I betting that was also a big fat lie. It's my third day with the car and so far I have woke up 3 nights in a row with nightmares about that sales manager "Tony" yelling at me. I can't enjoy my car at all.

  • Buyer Beware

    Bought a used car from them, owned it about 5 hours and had driven about 15 miles when the Service Engine light came on. Brought it back for them to take a look at and they would not stand behind the vehicle. I understand the Used Car laws in Florida and I do know what "As Is" means, but when does doing the right thing come into play?

    Excellent experience with sales representative Mr. Ashley Williams and sales manager Mr. James Lawrence. Primary reasons for buying were friendliness of Mr. Williams and Mr. Lawrence, wide selection of Odyssey models, detailed explanation of each priced option, reasonable price, and no hard sales tactics.

    Went in with a problem. Have had to jump start car several times. Dealership could not locate any problem. Told to have car towed to them next time it happens. That does not seem acceptable to me.

    Picked up a nail and light went on. Happened to be in vicinity of new Honda location. Pouring rain. They took me in, but all computers down. Patched my tire and replaced my windshield wipers. Then power was restored and I paid and departed the premises. Unbelievably accommodating!!!

    Saturday, June 10th, I had to take my CR-V in (No Appointment) with a starting issue. Service Advisor Jerry Smith was Very helpful in diagnosing the problem as being battery related and not the alternator as a local auto parts store had told me it was. Even though I did not have an appointment Jerry got me right in and assigned a mechanic to my CR-V. My battery was replaced under warranty at No Cost to me, and I was on my way in less than two hours. As mentioned above, this was on a Saturday with no appointment. I am very, very happy with the service that I received, and I want to give a big Thank You to Jerry Smith, the Service Advisor for getting me in and out so fast and for getting the starting problem fixed under warranty at no cost to me.

    EXCELLENT service. I showed up earlier than my scheduled appointment but they got me in anyway; very timely and proficient in the work they did. Also found a identified a problem I was unaware of so now I can get that fixed.

    [HTML removed] First thing of all, attached is the coupon that the "service advisor (Chris)" insisted for me to go back to Milton so he can honor it! After trying to talk to him very nicely and explain, he has no reason "at all" to understand or accommodate or something. I even tried to agree to pay the full amount and maybe call and send my coupon when I get back to work so then maybe we can adjust it then. No good. I have to go back to Milton and get it! I then asked for the manager and Mr. Cheeseman, though he has no time to listen to what the problem was... he honored the coupon! I know I should be thankful to him and I was... I even apologized for being impatience but granting the customer what they've expected and promised was not "good enough"! As a management, you have to know "customer service"...Know to listen! Part of the job!!!! Secondly, I understand that it was not only an "oil change" but also a tire rotation and multi inspection... Almost 2 hours was ridiculous!!! I had an appointment @ 11:30 @ 1:15 I checked on my car and it still on the rack. Did I mention I HAD AN APPOINTMENT...it wasn't a walk-in but really 2 hours? I could have confronted Chris or Mike but chose not to, instead I left to get something to eat! I then received a call that my back break needed an immediate attention. After 2 hours now you're going to keep my car to fix my break? What and how long would it take for someone to come to the waiting area and let me know that they are working on my car that it is just taking longer than expected. Lastly, I have mention to Chris if there is anyway that someone can adjust my rear windshield wiper because it was reconnected incorrectly. I asked him to let me know if it will cost and how much, he's respond was... I'll see what I can do! (That was before I didn't present him a coupon but still had an oil changed, tire rotated and car inspected for 2 hours.) Surprised? NOT DONE...not a word! By the way, I'm sure if you check on my record...you will be surprised that I am not new in your "service department".. I had you service my car for at least 10 years!!!!

    Making appointment was easy and email confirmation was helpful. The work was completed timely and I appreciate the feedback on the vehicle inspection checklist. The coupon for the 10% discount was also much appreciated.

    Great sales person, James Lawrence; no pressure to purchase anything more than the basic civic we came in for; the financing was also great with no pressure to purchase optional, extended warranty. It was the perfect, easy car-buying experience!

    The service department personnel at Pensacola Honda were both friendly and professional. Everyone seem to have a smile on their faces. The waiting room they have was clean, comfortable and accommodating. They had coffee , sodas, donuts and free wi-fi - all the comforts of home. I had an appointment for my oil change , mistakenly I arrived an hour earlier than scheduled. no problem, they took care of me without sacrificing service to others. I received excellent care!!

    Fought the traffic to get their. Waited 10 minute's for help. Supervisor yelled at his people to get to work. Man with bad attitude help me. They gave me a free oil change. If I wanted drama. I wanted take the day off to get my oil changed 30 mile'sfrom my home.

    Pensacola Honda has a specific garage just for oil changes. I was greeted, given estimate for oil and tire rotation, and went to waiting room. It was very clean and comfortable

    Recently purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey Touring. The entire sales staff were friendly and energetic in making us feel at home in the purchase process. All of our concerns were quickly addressed and we purchased the car we wanted at a really good price!
