Awful experience
by Rickaber on 04/26/2024Truck in shop entire month of February for adaptive steering malfunction. Got it back and steering not centered so that turning left requires much greater radius that turning right. Got appointment to return and spent another 30 days and… was told "could not reproduce customer concern". They did repair some other issues correctly, in their defense. Oul change and tire rotation

The service writer was instrumental in keeping in touch and me informed of my vehicles progress.It's good to hear that the service writer kept you informed about your vehicle's progress, especially given the delay due to the techs having a meeting. Danny was the best at World Ford!!

I had never been to world Ford before and when I got there, the specialist I work with was Danny and he made it very simple and walked me through the process of how everything works. he took… my information down, told me what their process is going to be and said he would be in touch. he called me to ask questions the next day and on Saturday morning. By Monday morning, I had an evaluation after the tech was done with what was recommended and the process to choose what to do on my car was so easy. Danny sent me a text and it was the recommendations with an approve or not now button and I could go through. Select what I wanted and they got everything electronically to move forward. I called back because I had a question on one item. Danny answered right away, addressed my concern and it was an easy process. He told me my car might be done Tuesday, but probably more like Wednesday. Then he called me Tuesday morning and told me it was ready for pick up! Couldn’t be happier highly recommend to world Ford requesting Danny as your specialist!Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Horrible Customer Service

When they finally started working on it they lied about when it would be done. The service person refused to provide me a loner/rental car because he said it was too late because they were closing at 6:00pm. My… extended warranty provides for rental car allowance when my car is kept overnight, apparently not. Disappointed
by Outlaw13 on 02/27/2024I scheduled this appt for 2 recalls, as the other 3 were not options, an oil change and to diagnose an issue. No one mentioned to me that it would not be diagnosed that day. After day 2, with it still not completed, it was enough. I called… several times on day 2 asking for an update, with no response. Even after, finally, getting Kevin on the phone, he knew nothing and never called me back like he promised. When I showed up to pay for my oil change, he still tried to make me pay full price for the oil change, even after him taking my coupon I gave on arrival. I am completely disappointed in the service departments communicating skills and have little to no desire to have another vehicle serviced there.My apologies for the delayed response, but I appreciate you taking the time to inform me about your recent service experience and the lack of communication. I deeply regret any inconvenience you may have encountered and would like to make amends to regain your trust as a valued client. Routine Maintenance
by Andreas50w on 02/23/2024World Ford Pensacola Feb 23, 2024 I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 7am with Albert. I was there before the store open to make sure I could be in and out with no issues.. I also asked for a brake inspection. Albert… informed me that I had an open recall on my car (software update) and that it would only add 30 more min to my service. I was not updated until I found him and asked about my vehicle at the 2 hour mark. He then checked on my vehicle and told me the update still needed to be performed.. after 3.5 hours he informed me that the vehicle recall was not performed and I had no type of explanation on why it was not completed. I left feeling disrespected and angry due to the lack of communication and time it took for the lousy service. No type of inspection performed during the service as well.. Took 3 hours for an oil change with multiple errors- including them having the trying to install the wrong filter. Finally was able to leave, and 3 days later had an oil leak. They… don’t replace the seal on the filter. Cost me an additional $160 to have my oil changed and the underside of my car cleaned due to oil spray elsewhere. Called the service department and tried to speak with the manager. I communicated with the sales consultant in advance about interest in a used vehicle advertised on line and shared through Tru Car. The vehicle was… available for viewing at the appointment time. The truck was advertised and wass in excellent condition. After test drive and discussion of trade and purchase price we agreed upon a fair deal. The business manager continued the seamless process of the sale and was very informative without being aggressive on presenting the additional products.
